Shooting and discussing the new Ruger LCP II. By the way, at 17:35, it appears I actually pulled a dumb move and had my thumb behind the slide close enough that I think the slide hit my thumb. This is likely the reason the next round was not fully chambered. I did not realize this until when I was just watching the video.

This is the most exciting gun Ruger has produced in a long time. And I pretty much hate .380s (see “The .380 ACP Sucks” from 2011: https://youtu.be/ZEmF430-buc. With design as excellent as this, I will be looking for reasons to carry it! The Ruger LCP II completely fixes the gripes I had about the first gen LCP and does it with a unique style that, for a refreshing change from Ruger, copies no one! It now leads the competition. Details shown here include amazing accuracy, great sights, looks, trigger design, and how Ruger fixed the accidental magazine dropping issue of Generation One. A still-stellar .380 competitive option is compared. Highly rec'd for POUs discussed.

Sturm, Ruger & Co., Inc. is an American, Southport, Connecticut–based firearm manufacturing company, better known by the shortened name Ruger.
The company was founded in 1949 by Alexander McCormick Sturm and William B. Ruger and has been publicly traded since 1969. Ruger produces bolt-action, semi-automatic, and single-shot rifles, shotguns, semi-automatic pistols, and single- and double-action revolvers.
History
Sturm, Ruger & Company was founded by William B. Ruger and Alexander McCormick Sturm in 1949 in a small rented machine shop in Southport, Connecticut.
Just prior to their partnership, Bill Ruger had successfully duplicated two Japanese "baby" Nambu pistols in his garage, from a captured Nambu that he acquired from a returning marine, at the close of World War II. When it came to designing their first auto pistol, Ruger decided to incorporate the looks of the German 9mm Luger and the American Colt Woodsman into their first commercially produced .22 caliber pistol (see Ruger Standard), which became so successful that it launched the entire company.

By the Way is the eighth studio album by American rock band Red Hot Chili Peppers. The album was released on July 9, 2002 on Warner Bros. Records. It sold over 286,000 copies in the first week, and peaked at number two on the Billboard 200. (Their next album would peak at number one) The singles from the album included "By the Way", "The Zephyr Song", "Can't Stop", "Dosed" and "Universally Speaking". The lyrical subject matter vocalist Anthony Kiedis addresses in By the Way is a divergence from previous Chili Peppers albums, with Kiedis taking a more candid and reflective approach to his lyrics.
By the Way was applauded by critics as a departure from the band's previous styles, and is recognized for the melodic and subdued emotions given by the Chili Peppers. Guitarist John Frusciante is credited with writing most of the album's melodies, bass lines, and guitar progressions, therefore changing the direction of the recording dramatically: "his warm, understated guitar work and his doo-wop style vocal harmonies are king this time around."By the Way contained very little of the signature punk-funk fusion the band had become known for playing. Frusciante has stated that writing "By the Way [was] one of the happiest times in my life." The album went on to sell over 8 million copies worldwide.

Ruger LCP II: Prayer Answered [Full Nutnfancy Review]
This is the most exciting gun Ruger has produced in a long time. And I pretty much hate .380s (see “The .380 ACP Sucks” from 2011: https://youtu.be/ZEmF430-buc. With design as excellent as this, I will be looking for reasons to carry it! This is likely the reason the next round was not fully chambered. I did not realize this until when I was just watching the video.
