They want to know the different kinds of skills and expertise that would go into it and they are willing to pay more. As an individual freelancer web designer, however, you should hit the middle ground which is between $5,000 and $10,000 per project. In fact, this should be how much you as a web designer should charge per project. How do you do this or how do you even begin?
