Chavos, chequen qué hacer en Puebla!!! Comí el que considero como "el mejor mole de México", caminé por el Barrio del Artista y el Callejón de los Sapos –una zona repleta de objetos raros, antigüedades y restaurantes al aire libre–.
Me hospedé en el Holiday Inn Express & Suites Puebla Angelópolis, que tiene una terraza con una alberca de nooo maanchess. Además de que es un hotel nuevo, con habitaciones chidas y una gran ubicación; está a menos de 20 minutos del Centro de Puebla y Cholula (donde la vida nocturna está con todo). Africam Safari y Atlixco (ambos a 45 minutos).

Este lugar es lo más parecido a Marte. Es un impactante desierto de arena roja, rocas gigantes y cielos en los que es visible la vía láctea. En Wadi Rum se grabaron películas como Planeta Rojo. Lo mejor es que los viajeros se pueden hospedar en campamentos beduinos que rodean el área. Sin duda es de los sitios más impactantes que he visitado. DISFRUTEN LA FUNCIÓN, BROTHAAS!!!
Chaaaavos, soy la más feliz!!!! Cumplí una de mis metas de viajera, y conocí el Mar Muerto. Este enorme lago contiene tanta sal que cualquier cuerpo flota. Además, es conocido como el "spa más grande del mundo", gracias a su agua contiene muchos minerales súper beneficiosos para la piel. ¡Lo amé!

Puebla (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈpweβla]), officially Free and Sovereign State of Puebla (Spanish: Estado Libre y Soberano de Puebla), is one of the 31 states which, with the Federal District, comprise the 32 Federal Entities of Mexico. It is divided in 217 municipalities and its capital city is Puebla.
It is located in East-Central Mexico. It is bordered by the states of Veracruz to the north and east, Hidalgo, México, Tlaxcala and Morelos to the west, Guerrero and Oaxaca to the south.
The origins of the state lie in the city of Puebla, which was founded by the Spanish in this valley in 1531 to secure the trade route between Mexico City and the port of Veracruz.
By the end of the 18th century, the area had become a colonial province with its own governor, which would become the State of Puebla, after the Mexican War of Independence in the early 19th century. Since that time, the area, especially around the capital city, has continued to grow economically, mostly through industry, despite being the scene of a number of battles, the most notable of which being the Battle of Puebla. Today, the state is one of the most industrialized in the country, but since most of its development is concentrated in Puebla and other cities, many of its rural areas are very poor, forcing many to migrate away to places such as Mexico City and the United States.

Cartel de Santa is a Mexican band from the "barrio de la Aurora", Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, Mexico. The band started playing in 1996 as part of the Avanzada Regia musical movement and is currently composed of Eduardo Davalos de Luna, also known as MC Babo (lead vocals), MC Dharius, Rowan Rabia (beatmaker) and DJ Agustín (only in live shows). They have been referred to as one of the most notable Mexican hip-hop artists.
Cartel de Santa started playing in 1996, when MC Babo and some friends began by singing improvised rap songs.
The group became famous in 2003, when the band released its first self-titled album. The album includes hits such as "Perros", "Todas mueren por mi" and "La pelotona". The album was produced by Jason Roberts who had previously worked with artists such as Cypress Hill, Ice Cube, House of Pain, Guns N' Roses, Control Machete, and Plastilina Mosh. This contributed to the fame of the band.
That same year, the group released a video clip of the song "Perros". This video was broadcast across Latin America on MTV.

Un oficial de la Policía Federal se percató que la unidad circulaba a más de 120 kilómetros por hora. El agente participaba en el Operativo Radar para garantizar que los vehículos respeten los límites de velocidad y detectó al tráiler, del cual hasta ese momento ignoraba que se había quedado sin frenos. Enseguida, el elemento federal y su compañero, ambos de la División de Seguridad Regional, subieron a la patrulla y dos kilómetros adelante alcanzaron al tráiler, cuyo conductor sacaba el brazo izquierdo y hacía señas, mientras que de la parte trasera el vehículo sacaba humo. Los federales se dieron cuenta de que en cualquier momento podía ocurrir una tragedia porque la unidad zigzagueaba sin control. Entonces, implementaron el Operativo Carrusel para reducir la velocidad de los demás automotores y que no lo adelantaran. A la altura del kilómetro 42, a través de un altavoz le indicaron al chofer que procurara llegar al kilómetro 39 donde había una rampa de emergencia. Uno de los agentes federales logró grabar la persecución en video y en este se observa cómo la unidad cargada con lácteos arrojaba mucho humo, producto de los neumáticos que se reventaron, y cómo se iba de un lado a otro del camino, con el riesgo de volcarse. Con el fin de evitar un accidente, los policías federales alertaron al personal en la siguiente caseta de peaje, para que retiraran del camino cualquier otro vehículo. El vehículo logró alcanzar la rampa de emergencia y frenar sin mayores consecuencias, después de un incontrolable recorrido de 20 kilómetros sin frenos. Una vez a salvo, el operador del tráiler expresó su agradecimiento a los policías federales. -

Me hospedé en el Holiday Inn Express & Suites Puebla Angelópolis, que tiene una terraza con una alberca de nooo maanchess. Además de que es un hotel nuevo, con habitaciones chidas y una gran ubicación; está a menos de 20 minutos del Centro de Puebla y Cholula (donde la vida nocturna está con todo). Africam Safari y Atlixco (ambos a 45 minutos).

Este lugar es lo más parecido a Marte. Es un impactante desierto de arena roja, rocas gigantes y cielos en los que es visible la vía láctea. En Wadi Rum se grabaron películas como Planeta Rojo. Lo mejor es que los viajeros se pueden hospedar en campamentos beduinos que rodean el área. Sin duda es de los sitios más impactantes que he visitado. DISFRUTEN LA FUNCIÓN, BROTHAAS!!!
Chaaaavos, soy la más feliz!!!! Cumplí una de mis metas de viajera, y conocí el Mar Muerto. Este enorme lago contiene tanta sal que cualquier cuerpo flota. Además, es conocido como el "spa más grande del mundo", gracias a su agua contiene muchos minerales súper beneficiosos para la piel. ¡Lo amé!

Un oficial de la Policía Federal se percató que la unidad circulaba a más de 120 kilómetros por hora.
El agente participaba en el Operativo Radar para garantizar que los vehículos respeten los límites de velocidad y detectó al tráiler, del cual hasta ese momento ignoraba que se había quedado sin frenos.
Enseguida, el elemento federal y su compañero, ambos de la División de Seguridad Regional, subieron a la patrulla y dos kilómetros adelante alcanzaron al tráiler, cuyo conductor sacaba el brazo izquierdo y hacía señas, mientras que de la parte trasera el vehículo sacaba humo.
Los federales se dieron cuenta de que en cualquier momento podía ocurrir una tragedia porque la unidad zigzagueaba sin control. Entonces, implementaron el Operativo Carrusel para reducir la velocidad de los demás automotores y que no lo adelantaran.
A la altura del kilómetro 42, a través de un altavoz le indicaron al chofer que procurara llegar al kilómetro 39 donde había una rampa de emergencia.
Uno de los agentes federales logró grabar la persecución en video y en este se observa cómo la unidad cargada con lácteos arrojaba mucho humo, producto de los neumáticos que se reventaron, y cómo se iba de un lado a otro del camino, con el riesgo de volcarse.
Con el fin de evitar un accidente, los policías federales alertaron al personal en la siguiente caseta de peaje, para que retiraran del camino cualquier otro vehículo.
El vehículo logró alcanzar la rampa de emergencia y frenar sin mayores consecuencias, después de un incontrolable recorrido de 20 kilómetros sin frenos.
Una vez a salvo, el operador del tráiler expresó su agradecimiento a los policías federales.

Metropolitan Cathedral of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception: built from 1575 -- 1640, its towers (at 73.9 m; 244 f) are considered the highest in the country and even Latin America. It is noted for its marble floors, rich gold leaf interior, and awesome main altar -- designed by Manuel Tolsa and depicting the kings and queens of 17th century Europe.
Palacio Municipal (Town Hall): Built on the original Spanish authority seat of government, the current Palacio dates from the beginning of the 2oth century, with a strong neoclassical architecture of the period of Dictator Porfirio Diaz. The style was also inspired by French architecture, which was fashionable at that time. In the interior houses a courtyard with a beautiful marble staircase.
Church of Santo Domingo: Considered by some to be Mexico's most exuberantly decorated temple, Santo Domingo dates from 1650. Its Capilla del Rosario is a dazzling mix of painted tiles, gold leaf, and sculpture. The Chapel dates from the second half of the 17th century and constitutes one of the greatest achievements of baroque art in the Americas. The chapel is laminated with 22k gold over stucco. A true wonder to behold.
Biblioteca Palafoxiana: Don't miss a visit to the New World's first public library! This site dates to the 17th century and once housed the hemisphere's finest collection of manuscripts. Today there are over 43,000 books in its inventory, including rare works from the 15th century. The site is located on the upper level of the Casa de la Cultura, next to the Cathedral.
Some other masterpieces of colonial architecture you can admire in Puebla Centre are the Ex-Convent of Santa Rosa, home to Puebla's excellent Museo de Artesanias; the Secret Convent of Santa Monica, built in the 17th century; the Museo Universitario - Casa De Los Muñecos, one of the most peculiar examples of civil baroque style in New Spain; the Iglesia de San Francisco, located in the oldest part of the city, and Museo Casa de Alfeñique, that owes its name to the abundant and fine ornamentation of white "argamasa" which looks like the famous sugar candies made in Puebla called "alfeñiques".

Metropolitan Cathedral of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception: built from 1575 -- 1640, its towers (at 73.9 m; 244 f) are considered the highest in the country and even Latin America. It is noted for its marble floors, rich gold leaf interior, and awesome main altar -- designed by Manuel Tolsa and depicting the kings and queens of 17th century Europe.
Palacio Municipal (Town Hall): Built on the original Spanish authority seat of government, the current Palacio dates from the beginning of the 2oth century, with a strong neoclassical architecture of the period of Dictator Porfirio Diaz. The style was also inspired by French architecture, which was fashionable at that time. In the interior houses a courtyard with a beautiful marble staircase.
Church of Santo Domingo: Considered by some to be Mexico's most exuberantly decorated temple, Santo Domingo dates from 1650. Its Capilla del Rosario is a dazzling mix of painted tiles, gold leaf, and sculpture. The Chapel dates from the second half of the 17th century and constitutes one of the greatest achievements of baroque art in the Americas. The chapel is laminated with 22k gold over stucco. A true wonder to behold.
Biblioteca Palafoxiana: Don't miss a visit to the New World's first public library! This site dates to the 17th century and once housed the hemisphere's finest collection of manuscripts. Today there are over 43,000 books in its inventory, including rare works from the 15th century. The site is located on the upper level of the Casa de la Cultura, next to the Cathedral.
Some other masterpieces of colonial architecture you can admire in Puebla Centre are the Ex-Convent of Santa Rosa, home to Puebla's excellent Museo de Artesanias; the Secret Convent of Santa Monica, built in the 17th century; the Museo Universitario - Casa De Los Muñecos, one of the most peculiar examples of civil baroque style in New Spain; the Iglesia de San Francisco, located in the oldest part of the city, and Museo Casa de Alfeñique, that owes its name to the abundant and fine ornamentation of white "argamasa" which looks like the famous sugar candies made in Puebla called "alfeñiques".

Las leyendas en torno a este espacio hablan de sirenas de cabellos plateados ¡e incluso de extraterrestres!
En la orilla sobresalen unas curiosas formaciones rocosas que parecen corales blancos. Es un lugar muy popular de esparcimiento familiar; en los alrededores hay algunos restaurantes. Se puede nadar, aunque el agua está fría.

A historic water purification plant from the late 1800's, that 'purified' water to make ice, has been converted into a hotel without losing a sense of its industrial background.
Monumental scale, monumental stairs and the blurring between what is indoor and what is outdoor; these are the hallmarks of the recently deceased architect Ricardo Legorreta; a master of a distinctly Mexican type of modernity.
In the rooms, the stone construction has been stripped back to its rough and rugged origins, the floors are wood or tiles and the single most powerful element of modernity is the slab of solid glass that can swing open to create a room with only three walls.
The view is of the Church of San Francisco and of a park retrieved from the industrial ruins of the former water purification factory. Verdantly green, the park features a massive tiled sculpture entitled Hombre en Azul (man in blue).
Texture and scale are used extensively as visual tools at La Purificadora. It's a sophisticated, dramatic version of an approach to modernity that is unique to Mexico.

Mexico City is a vivid metropolis and cosmopolitan city situated on a plateau in the central highlands at an altitude of 2, 286 metres, where the food is spicy and the Tequila flows freely! The city's fascinating history is reflected in both its art and architecture with age old charm, Indian roots and elegant buildings.
Until the Spanish conquest, the Templo Mayor was the setting of coronations and human sacrifice. The remains of the walls within which thousands of priests once lived are only a few steps from the buildings of the country's former Spanish conquerors.
Construction of the country's largest cathedral, the Catedral Metropolitana, took 250 years. The lower section is quite plain but the upper section is of Baroque and Neo-Classical design. Spanish administrative buildings and private houses in the heart of the city have replaced the temples of ancient Mexico and has resulted in a synthesis of both old and new architectural styles.
An elevator ascends the Torre Latino America, an earthquake-proof tower that was built in 1958. A viewing platform provides a wonderful panoramic view that includes the Palacio de Bellas Artes and the Juárez Monument.
Located 50 kilometres from Mexico City are the ancient remains of Teotihuacan that was once a centre of trade, art and ritual ceremonies. At its zenith in 500 A.D., it was as large as Rome and its Sun Pyramid is one of the greatest building achievements of ancient times. Mexico City is a vivid metropolis and cosmopolitan city situated on a plateau in the central highlands at an altitude of 2, 286 metres, where the food is spicy and the Tequila flows freely! Until the Spanish conquest, the Templo Mayor was the setting of coronations and human sacrifice. The remains of the walls within which thousands of priests once lived are only a few steps from the buildings of the country's former Spanish conquerors.
Construction of the country's largest cathedral, the Catedral Metropolitana, took 250 years. The lower section is quite plain but the upper section is of Baroque and Neo-Classical design. Spanish administrative buildings and private houses in the heart of the city have replaced the temples of ancient Mexico and has resulted in a synthesis of both old and new architectural styles.
An elevator ascends the Torre Latino America, an earthquake-proof tower that was built in 1958. A viewing platform provides a wonderful panoramic view that includes the Palacio de Bellas Artes and the Juárez Monument.
Located 50 kilometres from Mexico City are the ancient remains of Teotihuacan that was once a centre of trade, art and ritual ceremonies. At its zenith in 500 A.D., it was as large as Rome and its Sun Pyramid is one of the greatest building achievements of ancient times. Desde 2012, el departamento de informática y desarrollo de programas para computadora de la firma Aga Rent a Car se dedica a la creación de tecnologías orientadas a promover los destinos turísticos del país, principalmente, aunque también han robustecido su plataforma para divulgar información de ciudades de Canadá, Estados Unidos, Centroamérica, Sudamérica y España, comentó el entrevistado.
Con el apoyo que Aga Rent a Car recibió del PEI en 2013, el licenciado Tirado Lizárraga y su equipo idearon una aplicación para ejecutarse en dispositivos móviles como tabletas o teléfonos inteligentes. Esta satisface una de las necesidades más grandes de los turistas que es tener la mayor cantidad de información del lugar que pretenden visitar, lo más portable, flexible y rápido posible.
