Adrianne Lewis believes she has the world’s longest TONGUE measuring a whopping 4 inches. The 18-year-old is now globally recognised after a photo of her sticking her tongue out went viral online. Her serpent-like appendage can touch her nose, chin, elbow, and even her eye with a little help. And she is currently in talks with Guinness World Records and waiting to see if she’s the new record holder. The current record holder is Nick Stoeberl's 3.9-inch long tongue.

Lewis (Scottish Gaelic: Leòdhas, pronounced [ʎɔː.əs̪], also Isle of Lewis) is the northern part of Lewis and Harris, the largest island of the Western Isles or Outer Hebrides (an archipelago) of Scotland. The total area of Lewis is 683 square miles (1,770 km2).
Lewis is, in general, the lower lying part of Lewis and Harris, with the other part, Harris, being more mountainous. The flatter, more fertile land means Lewis contains the largest settlement, Stornoway, and three-quarters of the population of the Western Isles. Beyond human habitation, the island's diverse habitats are home to an assortment of flora and fauna, such as the golden eagle, red deer and seals and are recognised in a number of conservation areas.
Lewis is of Presbyterian tradition with a rich history, having once been part of the Norse Kingdom of Mann and the Isles. Today, life is very different from elsewhere in Scotland with Sabbath observance, the Gaelic language and peat cutting retaining more importance than elsewhere. Lewis has a rich cultural heritage as can be seen from its myths and legends as well as the local literary and musical traditions.

Blake Colin Lewis (born July 21, 1981) is an American singer-songwriter and beatboxer who was the runner-up on the sixth season of American Idol. His major label debut album A.D.D. (Audio Day Dream) was released on December 4, 2007 through 19 Recordings/Arista Records. On October 30, 2007, his first single "Break Anotha" was released. The album landed on number ten on the U.S. Billboard Billboard 200 as its highest peak position with 97,500 copies sold in its debut, and over 350,000 copies so far. After the release of his second single "How Many Words", which peaked at number eight on the U.S. Billboard Dance/Club Play Songs, Lewis was dropped by Arista Records. Lewis eventually signed with Tommy Boy Entertainment.
His second album, Heartbreak on Vinyl, was released on October 6, 2009. The first single "Sad Song" was released on July 21, 2009 and peaked at number ten on the U.S. Billboard Dance Radio Airplay. The album charted at number 135 on the U.S. Billboard Billboard 200, number twenty on the Billboard Independent Albums, and number seven on the Billboard Dance/Electronic Albums with over 4000 copies sold in the first week (1000 of those were digital downloads).

Cedric Gervais (French Cédric Gervais, born June 15 1980 in Marseille) is a French-born American house music DJ and producer, living in Miami, Florida. He was the youngest resident ever at Paris's Le Queen Club. In 1998, he moved to America's South Beach. In Miami, he held residencies at Crobar (now Cameo) and the famous Nikki Beach, before taking over the Club Space Terrace. His first single, "Burning", was with Ultra Records. In 2006, his debut album The Experiment, featured the single "Spirit in My Life", also on Ultra Records. His production credits include working with Lenny Kravitz, Deep Dish, Steve Lawler, and Rachel Star, among others.
His single "Mauri’s Dream", from 2009, was Pete Tong’s Essential Tune of the Week three weeks in a row. In 2011, Gervais released his second album, titled Miamication.
Gervais also has two record labels of his own, Sleaze and Sleaze Industries.

Her serpent-like appendage can touch her nose, chin, elbow, and even her eye with a little help. And she is currently in talks with Guinness World Records and waiting to see if she’s the new record holder. The current record holder is Nick Stoeberl's 3.9-inch long tongue.

FILM DESCRIPTION:
Eddie Murphy followed up his Beverly Hills Cop success with this fantasy adventure that plops him right into the land of Ray Harryhausen and Indiana Jones. The plot revolves around a God-like youngster (J.L. Reate) known as a "golden child," who has been sent to Tibet to bring the gift of compassion to humanity. In L.A., a beautiful Tibetan priestess named Kee Nang (Charlotte Lewis) seeks out Chandler Jarrell (Eddie Murphy), a social worker and self-styled "finder of lost children." She tells Chandler he has been chosen to rescue the magical child from the devil and save the world from evil. Before Chandler can let go of his first riposte, he finds himself holding a magic dagger, following a sacred parakeet, and under-going several trials by fire. He also falls in love with Kee Nang, who at one point in the film has to be brought back from the dead.

FILM DESCRIPTION:
Eddie Murphy followed up his Beverly Hills Cop success with this fantasy adventure that plops him right into the land of Ray Harryhausen and Indiana Jones. The plot revolves around a God-like youngster (J.L. Reate) known as a "golden child," who has been sent to Tibet to bring the gift of compassion to humanity. But the devil isn't idle, sending his emissary, Sardo Numspa (Charles Dance) to kidnap the golden child. Sardo absconds with the child and takes off to Los Angeles. When you're planning your visit to Scotland you can't forget to include at least one of the islands on your itinerary. We pondered of them all and the different ways in which to get there and eventually decided on The Isle of Skye and the Isle of Lewis and Harris. I admit I was quite nervous about driving on the opposite side from what I am used to and after being in Edinburgh for a month, I was extra nervous about city driving. We decided to take the bus to Inverness, a smaller city, and rent a car from there. I am glad we did because we just wouldn't have been able to explore the islands the way we did, with lot's of time, freedom and flexibility if we hadn't. I adjusted quite quickly after a couple of laps around the hotel parking lot and away we went. Reaching for the seatbelt on the wrong side or constantly wanting to rest the wrong arm while driving were the only adjustments I really had to make, there are constant reminders and the signs are clear so there was no trouble whatsoever. Furthermore, once you are on the islands, the roads for the most part, are single track and other cars are few and far between.

As much as I loved being in Edinburgh for Hogmany, the true highlight of my time in Scotland was touring the Scottish Highlands with Haggis Adventure Tours. Our charismatic guide, Dave, double as both a bus driver and tour guide. With his long ginger beard and charismatic storytelling we learned in depth about each place we visit along our tour including personal stories and anecdotes you wouldn't find by looking any of this up on wikipedia. Overall, we had an opportunity to really experience the true rugged nature of Northern Scotland where we experienced all three distinct days of weather: sunny, torrential rains and winds and just a normal rainy day. Usually, I'm more of an independent type of traveler but this tour was exceptional and I'd recommend it to anyone who is considering visiting this part of Scotland.

ঘটনার শুরু মোটামুটি ছয় মাস আগের এক বিকালে । টং এ তখন শুধু আমি , সাগর , শুভ আর মামুন । সাগরের মাথা গরম তখন, আগের রাত পুরোটা ইউটিউবে শর্টফিল্ম দেখেছে খালি । ওগুলো নিয়ে কথা বলতে বলতে ও হঠাত্ প্রস্তাব দিল , চল দোস্ত আমরাই শর্টফিল্ম বানাই । শর্টফিল্মের কাহিনী কী হবে ভাবতে ভাবতে তিনজনে ঠিক করলাম , টং এর পোলাপান সবাইকে পচিয়েই একটা শর্টফিল্ম বানাবো । ওই রাতে স্ক্রিপ্ট লেখা হল । শ্যুট শুরু হল কয়দিন পর থেকে । মানুষ শুরু করে ছোটখাট কিছু নিয়ে , আস্তে আস্তে এগোয় । এদিক থেকে আমরা বিশাল সাহসী । আমরা কাজ শুরু করলাম নীল তিমি সাইজের এক প্রজেক্ট নিয়ে । সেই নীল তিমিকে অবশেষে সাইজ করা গেছে । আগামীকাল বিকেলে মুক্তি পাচ্ছে রেজওয়ান আরেফীন পরিচালিত আমাদের নাটক , "THE টং " । দেখতে ভুলবেন না যেন । নাটক নিয়ে অনেক অনেক গল্প আছে , সেসব পরে হবে । একটা কথাই বলি কেবল । আমাদের নাটক বন্ধুত্ব নিয়ে , হরেক রকমের পোলাপান... -

ঘটনার শুরু মোটামুটি ছয় মাস আগের এক বিকালে ।
টং এ তখন শুধু আমি , সাগর , শুভ আর মামুন । সাগরের মাথা গরম তখন, আগের রাত পুরোটা ইউটিউবে শর্টফিল্ম দেখেছে খালি । ওগুলো নিয়ে কথা বলতে বলতে ও হঠাত্ প্রস্তাব দিল , চল দোস্ত আমরাই শর্টফিল্ম বানাই । শর্টফিল্মের কাহিনী কী হবে ভাবতে ভাবতে তিনজনে ঠিক করলাম , টং এর পোলাপান সবাইকে পচিয়েই একটা শর্টফিল্ম বানাবো ।
ওই রাতে স্ক্রিপ্ট লেখা হল । শ্যুট শুরু হল কয়দিন পর থেকে ।
মানুষ শুরু করে ছোটখাট কিছু নিয়ে , আস্তে আস্তে এগোয় । এদিক থেকে আমরা বিশাল সাহসী । আমরা কাজ শুরু করলাম নীল তিমি সাইজের এক প্রজেক্ট নিয়ে ।
সেই নীল তিমিকে অবশেষে সাইজ করা গেছে । আগামীকাল বিকেলে মুক্তি পাচ্ছে রেজওয়ান আরেফীন পরিচালিত আমাদের নাটক , "THE টং " । দেখতে ভুলবেন না যেন ।
নাটক নিয়ে অনেক অনেক গল্প আছে , সেসব পরে হবে । একটা কথাই বলি কেবল ।

আমাদের অনেকেরই হয়ত , অর্জনের খেরোখাতা অনেক মোটা হবে একসময় । কিন্তু সেই খাতায় , সবসময়ই একটা আলাদা পাতা থাকবে এই নাটকটার জন্য । অন্য কিছুর সাথে এর তুলনা কখনই হবে না ।
সবচেয়ে কাছের বন্ধুদের নিয়ে করা যে কাজ , তার তুলনা কি কখনো হয় ??

ঘটনার শুরু মোটামুটি ছয় মাস আগের এক বিকালে ।
টং এ তখন শুধু আমি , সাগর , শুভ আর মামুন । সাগরের মাথা গরম তখন, আগের রাত পুরোটা ইউটিউবে শর্টফিল্ম দেখেছে খালি । ওগুলো নিয়ে কথা বলতে বলতে ও হঠাত্ প্রস্তাব দিল , চল দোস্ত আমরাই শর্টফিল্ম বানাই । শর্টফিল্মের কাহিনী কী হবে ভাবতে ভাবতে তিনজনে ঠিক করলাম , টং এর পোলাপান সবাইকে পচিয়েই একটা শর্টফিল্ম বানাবো ।
ওই রাতে স্ক্রিপ্ট লেখা হল । শ্যুট শুরু হল কয়দিন পর থেকে ।
মানুষ শুরু করে ছোটখাট কিছু নিয়ে , আস্তে আস্তে এগোয় । এদিক থেকে আমরা বিশাল সাহসী । আমরা কাজ শুরু করলাম নীল তিমি সাইজের এক প্রজেক্ট নিয়ে ।
সেই নীল তিমিকে অবশেষে সাইজ করা গেছে । আগামীকাল বিকেলে মুক্তি পাচ্ছে রেজওয়ান আরেফীন পরিচালিত আমাদের নাটক , "THE টং " । দেখতে ভুলবেন না যেন ।
নাটক নিয়ে অনেক অনেক গল্প আছে , সেসব পরে হবে । একটা কথাই বলি কেবল ।

The Lab is our weekly office rave up where we live stream some of the biggest names in dance music and this Friday is no different as we welcome one of the biggest artists to have emerged from the US dubstep explosion, Borgore.
After studying at a renowned music school, Borgore went on to become a drummer in deathcore band Shabira before trying his hand at DJing after being exposed to the UK dubstep sound at a show headlined by the likes of Skream, Benga and Coki.
Since then Borgore has gone on to well and truly take the sound and make it his own. Creating a new genre in its own right, it's seen him marry his deathcore roots with dubstep. He's released on the likes of Spinnin' Records, Dim Mak and his own imprint Buygore, catapulting him to the top of the dance music tree where he regularly shares bills with the likes of Skrillex, Calvin Harris and Rusko.

The Lab is our weekly office rave up where we live stream some of the biggest names in dance music and this Friday is no different as we welcome one of the biggest artists to have emerged from the US dubstep explosion, Borgore.
After studying at a renowned music school, Borgore went on to become a drummer in deathcore band Shabira before trying his hand at DJing after being exposed to the UK dubstep sound at a show headlined by the likes of Skream, Benga and Coki.
Since then Borgore has gone on to well and truly take the sound and make it his own. Creating a new genre in its own right, it's seen him marry his deathcore roots with dubstep. He's released on the likes of Spinnin' Records, Dim Mak and his own imprint Buygore, catapulting him to the top of the dance music tree where he regularly shares bills with the likes of Skrillex, Calvin Harris and Rusko.

Lewis proved himself a warrior in this fight and enhanced his legacy in retrospect, but at the time the decision was widely criticized. The majority of the American critics thought Mercer deserved the nod.
