Europe is, and always has been a traveling surfers dream. British surfer Mark ‘Egor’ Harris will travel from Newquay in England to Taghazout in Morocco, a well trodden surf trail since the 1960s. In each country, Mark will team up with fellow pro-surfers and together they’ll surf the countries best waves and meet national heroes of the sport.

Mundaka está conformado por Rodrigo Vera Tudela (voz y guitarra), Richard Angeles (batería), Lucas Stiglich (bajo) y Mateo Majluf (guitarra), quien actualmente estudia Piscología en nuestra Universidad.

Mundaka is a band from Lima, Perú, consisting of Rodrigo Vera Tudela (vocals & guitar), Richard Angeles (drums), Lucas Stiglich (bass) and Mateo Majluf (guitar).
Mundaka's strange brew of genres -dubbed "dream surf" by some- has been gatehering a lot of attention in Lima's local indie scene.
The band has just released their debut album via Faro Discos and Anti-Rudo Records. 'Insomnio' is the closing track on the album and features Jaime Oteyza on tenor sax for this version.

MY#MISSION. The swell that has hit Europe at the end of December and the beginning of January 2016 came in as absolute perfection for Mundaka (Spain); The best lefthander of the southside of Europe. As we all know Mundaka can get crazy crowded and it can be hard to find your own meat out there for your Christmas dinner. It was a pleasure to spend my winter holiday out there and score some sick ones. STOKED!

Mundaka
Mundaka (Spanish: Mundaca) is a town and municipality located in the province of Biscay, in the autonomous community of Basque Country, northern Spain. On the coast, Mundaka is internationally-renowned for its surfing scene.
Mundaka is accessible from Bilbao by EuskoTren on the Bermeo line.
History
Mundaka is known as one of the most important places of the Lordship of Biscay, it was the birthplace of Jaun Zuria, the first Lord of Biscay, son of the Scottish princess who arrived in Mundaka escaping from an English King. The name of the town has Danish origin, it has been proven that the Vikings arrived there 900 years ago. According to the history of the Lordship, Mundaka has the oldest temple of Biscay, as a result, it has the first seat of the General Parliament.
The port is in the center point of the town, from there the old part of the town grew. All the houses are medieval, fishermen's houses, always looking to the sea.
The anteiglesia of Mundaka was already mentioned in the year 1051 in the donation of the Dominion of Biscay to the Monastery of San Millán de la Cogolla and in 1070 in the donation of the aforementioned church to the Monastery of San Juan de la Peña.

Red Bull
Red Bull is an energy drink sold by Austrian company Red Bull GmbH, created in 1987. In terms of market share, Red Bull is the highest-selling energy drink in the world, with 5.387 billion cans sold in 2013.
Austrian entrepreneur Dietrich Mateschitz was inspired by an existing energy drink named Krating Daeng, which was first invented and sold in Thailand. He took this idea, modified the ingredients to suit the tastes of Westerners, and, in partnership with Chaleo Yoovidhya, founded Red Bull GmbH in 1987 in Chakkapong, Thailand. In Thai, daeng means red, and krating is the large bovine called "gaur". Red Bull is sold in a tall and slim blue-silver can, while Krating Daeng is in a gold shorter can. The two are different products, produced separately.
The Red Bull company slogan is "Red Bull gives you wings", and the product is marketed through advertising, events (Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series, Red Bull Air Race, Red Bull Crashed Ice), sports team ownerships (RB Leipzig, FC Red Bull Salzburg, Red Bull Brasil, New York Red Bulls, Red Bull Racing, Scuderia Toro Rosso), celebrity endorsements, and music, through its record label Red Bull Records.

Surf Mundaka - december/januari swell - 2016
MY#MISSION. The swell that has hit Europe at the end of December and the beginning of January 2016 came in as absolute perfection for Mundaka (Spain); The best lefthander of the southside of Europe. As we all know Mundaka can get crazy crowded and it can be hard to find your own meat out there for your Christmas dinner. Trip to the Pyrenees The Pyrenees is a range of mountains in southwest Europe that forms a natural border between France and Spain. It separates the Iberian Peninsula from the rest of continental Europe, and extends for about 491 km (305 mi) from the Bay of Biscay (Cap Higuer) to the Mediterranean Sea (Cap de Creus). For the most part, the main crest forms a massive divider between France and Spain, with the small country of Andorra sandwiched in between. The Crown of Aragon and the Kingdom of Navarre have historically extended on both sides of the mountain range, with smaller northern portions now in France and larger southern parts now in Spain.

World championships have been hosted here, and these waters have been a witness of legendary duels by the greatest surfers in history.
As I have come to Mundaka, I decided to emulate these gods of water and throw myself to surf. Well, if we consider that today there are no waves and I can’t surf, it's fine for me take a ride on paddle surfing by the Urdaibai estuary. In addition to huge waves, Mundaka also has Urdaibai, an estuary formed by the river Oca meeting with the Bay of Biscay, with such ecological richness that in 1984 is was declared by the UNESCO as a Biosphere Reserve. And, as you are seeing today, you can enjoy this natural wonder practicing paddle surfing.

The Pyrenees is a range of mountains in southwest Europe that forms a natural border between France and Spain. It separates the Iberian Peninsula from the rest of continental Europe, and extends for about 491 km (305 mi) from the Bay of Biscay (Cap Higuer) to the Mediterranean Sea (Cap de Creus).
For the most part, the main crest forms a massive divider between France and Spain, with the small country of Andorra sandwiched in between. The Crown of Aragon and the Kingdom of Navarre have historically extended on both sides of the mountain range, with smaller northern portions now in France and larger southern parts now in Spain.
