Subscriber Discount
We are happy to offer active subscribers of The Sydney Morning Herald and The Age a 10% store wide discount on purchases, excluding purchases from the Box Office and booking of Travel Tours.
What do i need to get the discount?
You must have an active subscription to The Sydney Morning Herald or The Age along with the email address you used to activate the subscription
How do i get the discount?
To use the discount, when you checkout on the checkout page, be sure to select the Registered Customer option and click "Login" then enter your subscriber email address and password.
The discount will be applied at the last step of your checkout (after you have entered your payment details). You should see a "Subscriber discount" line
Complete the checkout as normal and you should see the discount applied at the last step of your checkout (after you have entered your payment details).
What items does the discount apply to?
The subscriber only discount applies to all products on smhshop.com.au and theageshop.com.au unless otherwise noted on the product page.
The discount does not apply to the Box Office and Travel tours.
When is the discount valid?
The subscriber only discount is valid on purchases starting March 1 2014 where a subscriber has checked out using their subscriber email.
Purchases made that did not follow the steps to receive the discount cannot be retrospectively discounted.
