A history of early modern English politics. Part one of a primer I created for undergraduate students.
David Prentis head of Britains largest union (UNISON)....is on the Court of the Bank of England. His members have had public sector pay FROZEN for 7 years back to back. The Bank of England issues all the money for public funded initiatives and all local and national goverment services. Prentis with otheb union leaders like Len McKluskey are on Boardof the Institute for Public Policy Research with Rothschilds, Hollicks of Notting Hill, Lords, Ladies, Generals, admirals and Professors. They steal from the treasury, students and hard working staffers in the healthcare sector in nursing, midwifery, pharmacy, local councils, uiversity lecturers (lower ranks only). All the citizens get austerity and the polypharmacy scams in the GP sector mean that the elder get to many drugs (the doctors get up to 40% of their salary from complying with what is effectively a breach of their hypocratic oath and Grannie/Granpa get incarcerated in a £600/month home cos they can no longer stand up off the couch. The heads of the civil service, pharmaceutical officers tag along without making a fuss and just turn a blind eye to new patented drugs being paid for at huge prices with little or no post-release safety monitoring....the generic drugs get set aside cos PHARMA dont profit from them (despite their cost efficacy and safety profiles). The political corruption is beyond belief with virtual fraud companies like CAIRN CEOs also appointed to issue public funds. The socialists, student union leaders and plants like Tony Benn and Lord Patten flit into "LEFT WING ROLES" out of the Oxford union then effectively adopt fascist policy. Peter Joyce in Falkirk has been denounced as a cover for the fascist Eric Joyce (Lord Haw Haw the last brit to be executed for treason). There are hundreds of traitors in the G8 parliament buildings now but they are run like puppets by the rothschild owned financial Institutions. Democratic cash is laundered out of the treasury into the IMF, World Bank, ECB and then into private or massive corporate accounts and all the batards hold multiple non-executive directorships. Iam threatened with psychiatric sectioning because I have the courage to reveal these massive crimes against the people. It will all stop really soon as the NAMES of the culprits are named and the havoc they wreak for personal gain is revealed. Even the law enforcement, monarchy sectors are corrupted and illegitimate for 160 years and I stand to lose everything I owned before I met my penniless wife. ....in twisted marital laws where accusations of misbehaviour are sufficient to split the chatels and estates (without any definition of the "bad behaviours" that are suffient to break up innocent families). This means the kids are dispossessed of the home Mrs Thatcher sold the family and they face a life in debt AS THESE SOCIALIST turned fascist regimes now cast them into a life in debt and homelessness (£50,000 for a 4 years honours which in 1995 was free).

Early Modern England: Politics, Religion, and Society under the Tudors and Stuarts (HIST 251) Professor Wrightson provides an introduction to the course. He briefly discusses the main features of the political and social landscape of early modern England and then summarizes the broad social and structural changes that occurred during the period. Professor Wrightson offers some thoughts on the nature of history and the study of history and focuses, in particular, on the benefits of studying the history of early modern England. He notes that the history of Britain in this period affected many other nations, such as early America and Canada, as well as later colonies such as those in Africa and India, and that studying these events helps us to better understand ourselves in time and contextualize many of the features of modern society that we take for granted. 00:00 - Chapter 1. I've just put this video up to actually make a point, I don't actually hear politicians talking about leaving Europe but just playing around with it so I have been pondering for a few months. The European Union is nothing but a 'harmonisation' of laws, money lending and ever expansion with no clear purpose... clearly ineffective and is so confused it can't even make a decision and when ever it does in general terms just resorts to blackmail (in simpler terms). What I suggest is a New Europe which other states which are discontent could join for the basic notion of 'Free Trade', I can see the European Union crumbling away if someone would actually just take the lead!

The Politics of England forms the major part of the wider politics of the United Kingdom, with England being more populous than all the other countries of the United Kingdom put together. As England is also the largest in terms of area and GDP, its relationship to the UK is somewhat different from that of Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. The English capital London is also the capital of the UK, and English is the dominant language of the UK (not officially, but de facto). Dicey and Morris (p26) list the separate states in the British Islands. "England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, and Sark. . . is a separate country in the sense of the conflict of laws, though not one of them is a State known to public international law." But this may be varied by statute.
The United Kingdom is one state for the purposes of the Bills of Exchange Act 1882. Great Britain is a single state for the purposes of the Companies Act 1985. Traditionally authors referred to the legal unit or state of England and Wales as "England" although this usage is becoming politically unacceptable in the last few decades. The Parliament of the United Kingdom is located in London, as is its civil service, HM Treasury and most of the official residences of the monarchy. In addition, the state bank of the UK is known as the "Bank of England".
England i/ˈɪŋɡlənd/ is a country that is part of the United Kingdom. It shares land borders with Scotland to the north and Wales to the west; the Irish Sea is to the north west, the Celtic Sea to the south west, while the North Sea to the east and the English Channel to the south separate it from continental Europe. Most of England comprises the central and southern part of the island of Great Britain in the North Atlantic. The country also includes over 100 smaller islands such as the Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Wight.
The area now called England was first inhabited by modern humans during the Upper Palaeolithic period, but it takes its name from the Angles, one of the Germanic tribes who settled during the 5th and 6th centuries. England became a unified state in AD 927, and since the Age of Discovery, which began during the 15th century, has had a significant cultural and legal impact on the wider world. The English language, the Anglican Church, and English law—the basis for the common law legal systems of many other countries around the world—developed in England, and the country's parliamentary system of government has been widely adopted by other nations. The Industrial Revolution began in 18th-century England, transforming its society into the world's first industrialised nation. England's Royal Society laid the foundations of modern experimental science.
Robin McLaurin Williams (born July 21, 1951) is an American actor and comedian. Rising to fame with his role as the alien Mork in the TV series Mork & Mindy, and later stand-up comedy work, Williams has performed in many feature films since 1980. He won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in the 1997 film Good Will Hunting. He has also won two Emmy Awards, four Golden Globes, two Screen Actors Guild Awards and five Grammy Awards.
Williams was born in Chicago, Illinois. His mother, Laura McLaurin (née Smith, 1922–2001), was a former model from New Orleans, Louisiana. His father, Robert Fitzgerald Williams (September 10, 1906 – October 18, 1987), was a senior executive at Ford Motor Company in charge of the Midwest region. His maternal great-great-grandfather was senator and Mississippi governor Anselm J. McLaurin. Williams is of English, Welsh, Irish, and French ancestry. He was raised in the Episcopal Church (his mother practiced Christian Science). He grew up in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, where he was a student at the Detroit Country Day School, and later moved to Woodacre, Marin County, California, where he attended the public Redwood High School. Williams studied at Claremont McKenna College (then called Claremont Men's College) for four years. He has two half-brothers: Todd (who died August 14, 2007) and McLaurin.
