    This denim vest made with heavy cotton which makes it more sturdy and now
    with a mesh liner.

    Size chart is for the vest itself. Measure your chest and waist while you are wearing the type of clothing you would normally wear under your vest. If you are going to wear large bulky sweaters and such, measure while you are wearing these bulky items or the vest will be too tight. Add about 2"-3" for breathing room then choose the correct size jacket from the chart.
