PLACING AN ORDER
 
     1.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover for online credit or debit card sales (see below), Paypal (see below), or else you may mail a Money Order (see below).
 
     2.  Orders usually PROCESS and SHIP within 2 business days (no weekends or holidays).  If your order will be delayed much longer than this we will email you.  Keep processing time in mind when selecting 2 Day or Next Day shipping.
 
     3.  You will be emailed confirmations when your order Processes and Ships.  If your order ships UPS you will receive an email from UPS with your tracking number (subject line Quantum View Notify).  YOU MUST GIVE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS WHEN YOU ORDER.  We will NOT call or text you with confirmations or issues.
 
     4.  If you are emailed about an out of stock item we will hold your order for 3 days awaiting a reply to our email.  If we do not receive a reply to our email we will remove the item from your order.  If you only have that one item on the order then the order will be cancelled.
 
     5.  If you are emailed about a Billing Address/CSC issue (see Credit Card Orders below) we will hold your order for 3 days.  If the issue is not resolved after this time your order will be cancelled.
 
     6.  If you need to return anything for refund or exchange please click the RETURNS tab for guidelines.
 
     7.  For International or APO/FPO orders please click the guidelines tab. 
 
     8.  We require a $5 minimum order (before the shipping is added). 
 
     9.  If anything is wrong with your order (missing or incorrect item) you MUST contact us within 1 week or receiving your package.  After 1 week we will not replace or resend merchandise.
 
 
SHIPPING

     1.  We ship UPS or USPS for USA orders.  International orders ship USPS.

     2.  The shipping services offered are described below:

UPS-All packages are fully trackable and insured.  Tracking number is emailed upon shipment.  Delivery times for 3 Day, 2 Day and Next Day are guaranteed.  Ground shipping is FREE for orders over $100. 

USPS-PRIORITY MAIL-Packages are not insured, tracking is sketchy.  Delivery times vary by destination. 
      FIRST CLASS MAIL-Package weight must be under 13 ounces.  Not trackable.  Delivery times vary by destination.  (click the Other Shipping Services tab for 1st class rate if your order qualifies).

INTERNATIONAL USPS-1st CLASS INTERNATIONAL is not trackable outside of the US.  Delivery time usually 2-4 weeks, but not guaranteed. 
     PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL is trackable to your destination.  Delivery time usually 1-3 weeks, but not guaranteed.
 

 
     3.  Orders usually Process and Ship within 2 business days (does not include weekends and holidays).  Please keep the processing time in mind when ordering 2 Day or Next Day UPS shipping.  UPS does not deliver on weekends.
   
     4-UPS SATURDAY DELIVERY.  If you want saturday delivery for your UPS 2 Day or Next Day package please request it in the Comments box when you check out.  There is an extra fee of $15 for saturday delivery, we will add that to your shipping cost before processing the transaction.  If you do not request saturday delivery then your package will be delivered after the weekend.  Ground and 3 Day packages are not eligible for saturday delivery.
         
 
     5.  UPS ground takes 1-2 business days for shipments to the NorthEast, 3-4 days to the SouthEast and MidWest, and 5-6 business days West of the Rockies.  UPS ground delivery times are not guaranteed.  UPS does NOT deliver on weekends.
 
     6.  We offer free UPS ground shipping for US orders over $100.  Shipping and handling is charged on all International Orders as well as all exchanges.
 
     7.  If your 3-Day, 2-Day or Next Day package does not arrive within the guaranteed time you MUST contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order.  After that time UPS will not reimburse the shipping cost. 
 
     8.  UPS charges a $11 fee if we need to change the address after it ships.  If you give us an incorrect shipping address this fee must be paid before we can perform the Delivery Intercept (we would need to get your credit card information again).  ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK THAT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE AND AFTER YOU SUBMIT THE ORDER.
 
 
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ORDERS
 
     1.  All credit/debit card transactions, including PHONE ORDERS, are processed online through our secure server and processor.  Our security is verified quarterly by an independent auditor and we have been PCI compliant ever since we started those audits several years ago.  If you are not comfortable with using your credit card for online purchases please mail a money order instead (see instructions below). 
 
     2.  You MUST give the correct billing address and 3 digit security code (CSC) for the credit card you are using.  Address/CSC verification protects ourselves and our customers from FRAUD.  We can ship to an alternate address, but we still need to verify this information.
 
     3.  The CSC is located on the back of your credit card where you sign your name.  There is a string of 7-9 digits, its the last 3 digits.
 
     4.  If we are not given the correct billing address or CSC we will email you, and if we are not given the correct information after 3 days the order will be cancelled.
 
     5.  If its your FIRST ORDER, or if the order is for a large amount, we may require that the order ship ONLY to the billing address.  Larger orders may also be held an extra 3-4 days while we perform additional security checks. 
 
     6.  The charge will show up on your statement as Angry Young and Poor.  If we need to remove anything from your order you will be refunded, but if you would like to add items to an order you already placed we will need to get your credit card information again.
 
 
PAYPAL ORDERS
 
1.  We accept PayPal orders for all US and International orders. 
 
2.  If its your first order we may require payment via Western Union or Moneygram before we accept PayPal for future orders, especially from Africa, South America and Asia/Southeast Asia.
 
2.  3% of the cost of your merchandise is added to the regular handling cost to cover the Paypal processing fees.
 
3.  On the third page of checking out select PayPal from the Payment Options drop box and follow the prompts to submit your payment. 
 
4.  We reserve the right to refuse any PayPal payment for any reason.
 
MAIL IN ORDERS
 

     1.  Submit your order online and select MONEY ORDER for your method of payment.  Print the final invoice and mail it with your payment, or at least write down your order number and send it with your payment to Angry Young and Poor, 356 West Orange Street, Lancaster, PA  17603.  Make your money order out to Angry, Young and Poor.

     2.   Your invoice will appear as CANCELLED until we receive your payment, at which time it will be un-cancelled and processed.
 
     3.  We DO NOT hold the merchandise for your order.  We suggest mailing your payment as soon as possible, otherwise some merchandise may sell out.
 
     4.  We prefer payment by MONEY ORDER, but will also accept CASH although we do NOT recommend it.  If the post office loses your order there is absolutely nothing that can be done and you'll just be out the money.

     6.  Do not endorse the back of your  money order.
 
    6.  We will not return more than $10 cash change with your order.  If any larger items are out of stock we will email you for alternates.  If no alternates are given we will issue an online gift certificate with the rest of your merchandise.

     7.  We DO NOT accept personal checks.
