Lima is the capital and the largest city of Peru. It is located in the valleys of the Chillón, Rímac and Lurín rivers, in the central part of the country, on a desert coast overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Together with the seaport of Callao, it forms a contiguous urban area known as the Lima Metropolitan Area. With a population approaching 9 million, Lima is the fifth largest city in Latin America, behind Mexico City, São Paulo, Buenos Aires and Rio de Janeiro. Lima is home to one of the largest financial hubs in Latin America. It has been defined as a beta world city by GaWC international ranking.
Lima was founded by Spanish conquistador Francisco Pizarro on January 18, 1535, as la Ciudad de los Reyes, or "the City of Kings". It became the capital and most important city in the Spanish Viceroyalty of Peru. Following the Peruvian War of Independence, it became the capital of the Republic of Peru. Today, around one-third of the Peruvian population lives in the metropolitan area.
Lima is home to one of the oldest higher learning institutions in the New World. The National University of San Marcos, founded on May 12, 1551 during Spanish colonial regime, is the oldest continuously functioning university in the Americas.

Plot
A miracle happened in Brazil on the 1950's. Renowned modern art museums opened their doors to artists nobody ever heard of. Many critics pointed out that theses exhibitions revealed painters that should be ranked amongst the best brazillian artists of the century. It was written that this explosion of art and beauty was a sign that something comparable to the renaissance was happening in Riio de Janeiro. Behind this miracle there was no art academy, patron or dealer, only a psychiatrist, ridiculed by her colleagues, and a painting studio at a mental hospital, in the outskirts of town. The artists were schizophrenic, poor, hospitalized for several decades, abandoned by their families and hopeless according to their doctors. This film tells the story of this "Miracle" and the life of this rebellious, frail and engaging psychiatrist: Dra. Nise da Silveira.
Plot
After a bloody invasion of the BOPE in the High-Security Penitentiary Bangu 1 in Rio de Janeiro to control a rebellion of interns, the Lieutenant-Colonel Roberto Nascimento and the second in command Captain André Matias are accused by the Human Right Aids member Diogo Fraga of execution of prisoners. Matias is transferred to the corrupted Military Police and Nascimento is exonerated from the BOPE by the Governor. However, due to the increasing popularity of Nascimento, the Governor invites him to team-up with the intelligence area of the Secretary of Security. Along the years, Fraga, who is married with Nascimento's former wife, is elected State Representative and Nascimento's son Rafael has issues with his biological father. Meanwhile Nascimento and the BOPE expel the drug dealers from several slums but another enemy arises: the militia led by Major Rocha and supported by the Governor, the Secretary of Security and politicians interested in votes. Nascimento is manipulated to help this group, vanquishing the criminals in the slums and poor communities; then the corrupt group of police officers is free to exploit the poor population.

Plot
In the tiny poor town of Asa Branca, in the middle of Brazilian Northeast, Roque Santeiro is worshiped as a saint. He was supposedly killed by a bandit, 18 years ago, trying to save the local church. After his disappearance, local leaderships such as landowner Sinhozinho Malta and mayor Florindo, took profit on that to control the humble population. They even make up a widow, Porcina, who should have married Roque secretly before his death. What they don't expect is that Roque is alive, and he's back to, allegedly, "save his people". Now Malta, Florindo, Porcina, and others must hold him down and explain the "truth" to their commoners, in a desperate attempt to save their own bottoms. Meanwhile, mysterious facts surround Asa Branca, such as a Werewolf, a film crew who are trying to shoot a movie about Roque's story, and violent murderers. Dias Gomes writes about small towns in marvelous satires of local authorities and their hypocrisy.

Three white cars passed me by,
I could see the clouds
In their windshields.
Three white stars in a twilight sky,
And now that
The clouds are gone
I see,
One more that catches my eye,
I see,
Into the heart of the sky,
I see,
Something I tasted long ago
That was coming back to me
Come back.
I remember you reminded me
Of the subtleties
The little things that make your day
And the rain moves on
As the tide rolls in
In just a few days I'll still be here,
But you'll be far
Far away.
So one last time I hold you near
And save the hero
For another day
I remember you reminded me
Of the subtleties
The little things that make your day
And the rain moves on
As the tide rolls in
And the distance between us
Wouldn't seem so long
If we knew that one of those birds
Still left up in the sky
Gave a cry as he witnessed
One of those moments that you and I
Both look at the stars in the twilight sky
And count ONE, TWO, THREE
And one more that catches my eye
I remember you reminded me
Of the subtleties
The little things that make your day
And the rain moves on
As the tide rolls in
Well, you never know what the day may bring
?Cause tonight I'm dancing for the spring
What springs from your heart?
What rolls from the tip of your tongue?
First it blossoms then it falls as fruit for the young
The fruit for the young, yeah
But there's no time to waste
For there are songs we haven't sung
And none but us can taste
All the sweetness of the fruit for the young
Can you show me what darkness means
By opening my eyes I hook into this scene
And those who've gone before us are seen again
In the sparkle in the eyes of the children
Of those who once led the fruit of the dead
For the young, for the young
There's no time to waste
For there are songs we haven't sung
And none but us can taste
All the sweetness of fruit for the young
Well, you never know what the day may bring
?Cause tonight I'm dancing for the spring
What springs from your heart?
What rolls from the tip of your tongue?
First it blossoms then it falls as fruit for the young
The fruit for the young
The fruit for the young
In the lights of the blues exchange
In the clutches of the groove
How many times must these lights change?
Before I make my move
From across an empty street, I
Saw you on the corner waiting
For the moment we would meet
And the questions it would bring
Now you come to me
Tell me you've been thinking
And we're back where we began
Was it not enough?
That I loved you
And we're back where we began
In your mind is a perfect world
In your eyes it's crumbling
Now in my arms is this lovely girl
And my heart is trembling between the beats
Now you come to me
Tell me you've been thinking
And we're back where we began
Was it not enough?
That I loved you
And we're back where we began
Now you come to me
Tell me you've been thinking
Woman, that we're back where we began
Was it not enough?
That I loved you
And we're back where we began
Now you come to me
Tell me you've been thinking
And we're back where we began
Was it not enough?
That I loved you
Pull the curtains and
Close the blinds
I can't see my way and I
Don't know what I might find
I dress myself
For the night ahead
I don't when or if
I'll be returning to my bed
…Can you tell me?
Can I trust you?
To lead me to
To my sanctuary
Can I trust you?
To lift me up, if I fall
And carry me high
I call my own name
But it don't sound the same at all
Can I change my mind?
Can I change before I fall?
And if I drop this ball
Will its weight crush me?
Is it fate that I'd see this?
If it's not what could it be?
…Can you tell me?
Can I trust you?
To lead me to
To my sanctuary
Can I trust you?
To lift me up, if I fall
And carry me high
Comfort me
Build me up
Until we reach the end, and then
Challenge me
Break me down
Until I've got nothing left to defend
I find my peace
…When you tell me
I can trust you
To lead me to
To my sanctuary
I can trust you
To lift me up, if I fall
And carry me high
You set out to change the world
With the subtlety in your song
They?re the same old truths
That you?ve been singing all along
But still your biggest fear
Is finding out that you?ve been wrong
It?s all you ever wanted
Just over the horizon
It?s all you ever wanted
I can hear it in your song
It?s been there all along
You watch the rising sun
Holding tightly to your dreams
Knowing deep inside
That the world?s not what it seems
But when you think you?ve hit a wall
It?s just a mirror after all
It?s all you ever wanted
Just over the horizon
It?s all you ever wanted
I can hear it in your song
It?s been there all along
It?s all you ever wanted
Just over the horizon
It?s all you ever wanted
I can hear it in your song
It?s been there all along
It?s all you ever wanted
Just over the horizon
It?s all you ever wanted
I can hear it in your song
Let's have another round for
the boys
For lending me a shoulder to cry on
Let's turn it up and make some noise
And together we will strive on
'Cause I can't shake you from
my dreams
No matter how hard I try
And though it may not be as bad
as it seems
Right now I feel like I could die
We've been playin' this game
For so long
Don't you think I know the
rules by now
I don't want to think that you
Are doin' me wrong
But now you want to go
Another round
One could say that
I've spilled the beans
I told you everything I feel
Maybe you don't know just
what I mean
But baby I know this is for real
'Cause we've been playin' this game
For so long
Don't you think I know the
rules by now
I don't want to think that you
Are doin' me wrong
But now you want to go
Another round
And when you want me I'm too busy
And when I want you I'm too late
But you and I both know
we'll make it
We'll make it
'Cause we've been playin' this game
For so long
Don't you think I know the
rules by now
I don't want to think that you
Are doin' me wrong
But now you want to go
Another round
This view of the clouds is golden in worth
But what?s there to see if not planted on earth
The sun warms the ground that?s under my feet
But your roots grow so deeper than these city streets
Your not alone, you?re just chasing the sun
To see the new day first chasing the sun
For all that it is worth chasing the sun
I lick my lips of morning dew
I feel the rush of this pursuit
I know the sky must fall in time
But rising from the streets we find
We?re not alone, we?re just chasing the sun
To see the new day first chasing the sun
For all that it is worth chasing the sun
To see the new day first chasing the sun
For all that it is worth you?re not alone
We?re not alone, we?re just chasing the sun
To see the new day first chasing the sun
Some will go blindly into the night
Others will see by a candle?s light
But we?ve got a fire that burns from the core
Pushing us towards something more
Chalk up another bridge
That I've burnt
Before I crossed
I'd like another chance
To to to win back
Whatever I lost
What did I say?
What did I say to you?
To push you away
What can I do?
What can I do?
To be for you, the hero of your day
Sand through my fingers
Always returns to the waves
Love runs like water
For you keep slippin' away
Another dance, one
More advance
And you escape my kiss
But you must understand
A mortal man can be nothin'
When his love is missed
Here you are before me
Like a brick wall, beautiful and tall
I try to get through
But I don't want to harm you
Here I am like a tidal wave
Or a ripple on the lake
I try to seem strong
But only time can charm you
But sand through my fingers
Always returns to the waves
And love runs like water
You keep slippin' away
I try
To be the hero of your day
Was I so blind?
I let you slip away
I try
To be the hero of your day
Was I so blind?
I let you slip away
I try
To be the hero of your day
Was I so blind?
I let you slip away
I try
To be the hero of your day
Was I so blind?
I can see the world from here
High above the hills
Fly to catch your fallin' tears
Fly to your windowsill
Beside, with the gorgeous blue
Breathe like it's the last thing you'll do
Cry, so I will fly to you
Fly when the days go
I know what I have to do
But I promise I'll be home soon
And it's true, that when I can
I'll fly to you, fly to you
Swim beneath the waterline
Plunge into the soil
I dig myself a place to lie
You'll need a box of wood and foil
But you'll take the papers off
And scramble up my heart
Tie me up in balls of yarn
So no one ever knows
I know what I have to do
But I promise I'll be home soon
And it's true, that when I can
I'll fly to you, oh
I can see the world from here
I know what I have to do
But I promise I'll be home soon
Oh, and it's true, that when I can
Lately I've been so slow to answer
I've been choosing my words carefully
Give me some time and a clear head
And I'll tell you everything I've seen
I'll tell you everything
I've got a lifetime of things to say
So softly spoken from within
So listen, close to the silence
You will find peace again
Suddenly every thing's so far away
In my ear there's a whisper among the cries
So I try to see past the illusion
But the world gets into my eyes
I've got a lifetime of things to say
So softly spoken from within
So listen, close to the silence
There are voices on the wind
So listen close to the silence
You will find peace again
Then through the noise I heard you say
You'll find your way
So see me now a wandering child
Searching for peace 'cause
I've got a lifetime of things to say
So softly spoken from within
So listen, close to the silence
There are voices on the wind
So listen close to the silence
I was thinking of this Plan
Of codes and anagrams divine
The juxtaposition of past and present time
That was mine
I spent blind
In someone else's state of mind
I lost my way
In all the shades of grey
And grandes of shade
Shadows put away to be forgotten
I lost my way
In all the shades of grey
And grades of shade
Shadows put away to be forgotten
I lost but didn't lose the lesson
Yes I'm
Learning from falling
I'm learning from falling down
Hard
Lessons
Yes I'm
Learing, learning from falling
I'm learning from falling
Down heavily
This immortal span
Of every mortal man
And the grand stand
And I'm holding on tight with an open hand
Keeping in mind
The grand design
With sight in hind
And you
Never get a second chance
At the first time
What I thought I knew
What I thought was true
I cast away, cast away
I am learning the hard way
I'm learing from falling I'm learning
From falling down
Hard, lessons
Yes I'm learning from falling
Learning from falling
Learning from falling
Down heavily
My words like empty shells
Of a rusty gun
Fall
None
Fire
Every on backfires
Oh and there I was
There I was
Splitting atoms with my desire
There you go
There you go
Building castles with your ego
I know I know better now
I know better now
I'm learing from falling I'm learning
From falling down
Hard, lessons
Yes I'm learning from falling
Learning from falling
Learning from falling
Down heavily
There I was, there I was
Splitting atoms with my desire
There you go, there you go
Building castles with your ego
I know, I know better now
Packing my bags, I hear your
Your song on the radio
Makin' me smile and think
I should call you, I know
In a couple of days
I was gonna call you and say
Hey, how much you mean to me
How I think of you always
And God, if I'd only just told you
And God, God, if I simply just told you
Like I truly meant to
Why didn't I say so?
Why didn't I just call
One day just to say
Hey, I think you're such a legend?
Why did I wait so long
To pick up the phone and call?
For those left behind
Never's such a long time, such a long time
Singing along to your song
Thinking it won't be long
I'll get to tell you the way
You came into my life, it changed
Then the call came
One you don't want to hear again
Life would never be the same
I would nerve see you again
Oh God, if I'd only just told you
And God, if I simply just told you
Like I truly meant to
Why didn't I say so?
Why didn't I just call
One day just to say
Hey, I think you're such a legend?
Why did I wait so long
To pick up the phone and call?
For those left behind
Never's such a long time
And there will always be regret
Why did I let myself forget?
Now sorrow clings to my vine
If only I'd made tomorrow
Made tomorrow mine today
And now a million tomorrows
A million tomorrows pass away
The next time you see me
I hope you'll forgive me
For all the times I didn't, did not
But I should have said
Why did I wait so long
To pick up the phone and call?
For those left behind
Never's such a long time
Such a very long time
Never's such a long time
Never's such a long time
Blistering whispered forked
Tongue-lashings from Sister Sadism
Mistress Malice makes me
Sip from her chalice of broken glass
Matron Masochism joined at the hip with
Frau Faithlessness
My own loch Ness of love's labored levee
That swells deeper with my loneliness
No, I don't wanna die, I just don't wanna live anymore
If I've got nothing for me to believe in
Wanna sink my teeth in a heart
That tastes like the memory, I carry with me, I get cravings
The conundrum of your moods
Hateful hue from you that darkened my door
Driven malignantly to numb desire, I feel wounded and raw
Recurring Hiroshima of remembrance in total recall
Softer sides Jekyll and Hyde's of me
That have split into four from loneliness
No, I don't wanna die, I just don't wanna live anymore
If I've got nothing for me to believe in
Wanna sink my teeth in a heart
That tastes like the memory, I carry with me, I get cravings
I just wanna taste, I just wanna taste
I just wanna, taste a taste, I just wanna taste
No I don't wanna die, I just don't wanna live anymore
If I've got nothing for me to believe in
Wanna sink my teeth in a heart
That tastes like the memory, I carry with me, I get cravings
No, I don't wanna die, I just don't wanna live anymore
If I've got nothing for me to believe in
Wanna sink my teeth in a heart
That tastes like the memory, I carry with me, I get cravings
Tastes like a memory I carry with me, I get cravings
All of your moonlight whispers
Counterfeit
Counterfeit love
Oh hello Brutus - said you were my friend
But in the end you were
Takin' the piss
Mistakenly I mistook this
For something real
You dress me up in your lies
What a beautiful fabrication it was
And it is so sad to say
I wear it well
I change my face when i'm told
From nemesis to genesis of
A good girl
Sugar, sugar, honey, honey
If you're good
You get to be
Girl with the most
The girl with the most candy
CHORUS
But it's only
Moonlight whispers
Counterfeit
Counterfeit love
Then you, you give me
You give me that Judas Kiss oh
Could you hurt me more than this oh
Won't you tell it like it is, oh
When I saw your
Then I saw your face
Now I'm a disbeliever
Your disloyalty
3-faced, 2-faced
Du, Du Duplicity
Do you think I'm blind
To your sleight of hand
Too stupid to understand
The master plan
When I ask you questions
You evade me
But my intuition plagues me
And I think - I think that this time
I won't believe you
CHORUS
All your Moonlight whispers
Counterfeit
Counterfeit love
Then you, you give me
You give me that Judas Kiss oh
Could you hurt me more than this oh
Won't you tell it like it is, oh
BRIDGE
I change my face
When I'm told
Such a good girl
Sugar, sugar
You'll never change
Always the same
I don't deserve this
Oh you, oh you smile in my face
You give me that Judas kissin'
But there must be somethin' Missin'
Like a heart
Like a soul
How could you be
How could you be so cold
CHORUS
All your Moonlight whispers
Counterfeit
Counterfeit love
Then you, you give me
You give me that Judas Kiss oh
Could you hurt me more than this oh
Won't you tell it like it is
Oh, oh, I don't think you're ever gonna change
I don't deserve this
You give me that Judas kiss, oh
Could you hurt me more than this
Tell it like it is, oh
You give me that Judas kiss, oh
Could you hurt me more than this
Tell it like it is, oh
I sleep and dream that life is
All beauty
I wake and find that life is
All just duty
But in the days before the dilution
Music Pollution
Oh we positively sparkled on TV
Yeah from Full Frontal Fridays
To Flashback Ruby Tuesdays
Same old picture in a brand new frame
But the song remains the same
The first time was better
Playing by new rules
Age-old-game - double the pressure
Half the pleasure
City full of windows and design
Towering towers of lies
To climb and climb and climb
Dreams of the view
View from the top
Pushing for the pressure to drop
Don't want to end where the mistery stops
I wanne be where the
Sun never sets on a city
That never skips a beat
Sun always shines
On a set that never sleeps
Sound bites
Set betting our hedges
Trapped in the meshes
Stuck in the marshes
And only time, time, time marches on

But oh I am not afraid to be a lone bohemian
I can paint a portrait of myself
I will call me a black Mona Lisa, Mona Lisa
Come to discover I am your daughter
The sky above me is silent and empty
I am an island a little freak of melancholy
But these hands they unbead your rosary of wisdom
Bewitched, spellbound I'm found and returned from superstition
You are my martyr I'm a vestige of a revolution
My alma, my mater and now I can let go my old addictive solutions
But oh I am not afraid to be a lone bohemian
I can paint a portrait of myself
I will call me a black Mona Lisa, Mona Lisa
Come to discover I am
Oh I am not afraid to be a lone bohemian
I can paint a portrait of myself
I will call me a black Mona Lisa, Mona Lisa
Come to discover I am your daughter
I used to be a connoisseur of hate, self hate, paternal hate
Hate cum gratis I connected every kind
Sipping it like red wine the insecurity was mine
The ties that bind were my design
But oh I am not afraid to be a lone bohemian
I can paint a portrait of myself
I will call me a black Mona Lisa, Mona Lisa
Come to discover I am your daughter
The sun is still unkind to those like you and me
Seekers of sanctuary though I'm not afraid
I'm sanctified and fortified because you sacrificed
I can call myself Mona Lisa
Mona Lisa, Mona Lisa
There's this perfect girl, someone no one can see
She dwells in the shell of this other me
And there's this perfect girl to look you'd never tell
She's living inside the shell of this other me
In the place, where my heart and soul are meant to be
All you can hear are the waves of the sea
In the place, where life and love are meant to dwell
All you can see is the broken shell of this perfect girl
The she I was meant to be, dying in the shell of this other me
All that I hate, all that I see
All that I am and never wanted to be
All that I hate, all that I see
All I've become, some of the things I have one
Listen close where my heart and soul are meant to be
All you can hear are the waves of the sea
In the place where life and love are meant to dwell
All you can see is the broken shell of this perfect girl
And there's this perfect girl
And there's this perfect girl
To look you'd never tell
There's this perfect girl
There's this perfect girl
There's this perfect girl living inside the shell
There's this perfect girl
All in all it was a good day
I mean it could've been worse
But I couldn't help but curse
My fate
Once again my timing's all wrong
Once again I'm a little bit too late
I forgot about real-time
So lost in how you remind me
Of the dream that got away
But this all
Too much, too soon for you
In the middle of paradise
I would still cry for the moon
Too much, too soon for you
But if I'd just let this one wait
It'd be too little, too late
Yesterday was the first day
That I felt this way
Just what it was I couldn't say
Maybe it's your playful spirit
Maybe it's your voice
When I hear it I could give thanks
To the heavens above
On the reservoir banks I found love
In the dream that turned me away
But this all
Too much, too soon for you
In the middle of paradise
I would still cry for the moon
Too much, too soon for you
But if I'd just let this one wait
It'd be too little, too late
Too much, too soon for you
In the middle of paradise
I would still cry for the moon
Too much, too soon for you
But if I'd just let this one wait
It'd be too little, too late
All in all it's a good thing
Things worked out this way
We both know you couldn't stay
Life is but a dream
And dreams can tell a lifetime
Frame by frame
The times you have seen
As they slowly slip your mind
You're all around me
But too close to see
You're at my fingertips
But just out of reach
And I don't want
To believe
Time is a great sea
And I'm thrown like a tiny ship
Life is in the air we breathe
As it slowly escapes our lips
You're all around me
But too close to see
You're at my fingertips
But just out of reach
And I don't want
To believe
I don't want
To believe
Feelin' lost in familiar places
Havin' fallen from a few good graces
So many sandy years, dusted and wasted
How, from there did I get here?
I wanna be east of anywhere
Take me out of the everywhere into the here
Sublime to ride, reside up high in the wide-open big sky country
Sweet space to satisfy me
Alone on the front line of life with no foundation
Return to my train of thought but I miss the station
Wake up every morning heading for yesterday
How do I make all my troubles go far away?
I wanna go east of anywhere
Take me out of the everywhere into the here
Sublime to ride, reside up high in wide-open big sky country
Sweet space to satisfy me
It was easier for me to see without looking too far
The more that it changes, the more it stays the same
Plus ca change, plus c'est la meme chose
And so it goes, nobody knows why we're here
I wanna go east of anywhere
Take me out of the everywhere into the here
East of anywhere
Take me out of the everywhere into the here
Sublime to ride, reside up high in wide-open big sky country
Sweet space to elevate me, sweet space to satisfy me
Sweet space to be when I've become
Sweet fate only knows when I will be done
Into the here, into the here
East, into the here, east, into the here
East of anywhere
Take me out of the everywhere into the here
Sublime to ride, reside up high in wide-open big sky country
Sweet space to elevate me
Sweet space into the here
Bring me men, bring me men to match my mountains
Bring me men, bring me men to match my plains
Men with Empires
Men with Empires in their purpose
And new, and new eras in their brains
Bring me men
Bring me men who'll turn the page
Men with vision
Visions of a new age
Who will not engage
In foreign rage and distant war
Whose policies of peace
Legends and Legacies restore
Bring me men, bring me men to match my mountains
Bring me men, bring me men to match my plains
Men with Empires
Men with Empires in their purpose
And new, and new eras in their brains
Bring me men
Bring me men that do believe
You reap as you sew
Give as you receive
Bring me not Kings
With arbitrary reign
Prepare me the way
And let my freedom sustain
Men to match my mountains
Men to match my plains
Empires in their purpose, new eras in their brains
Men to match my mountains
Men to match my plains
Empires in their purpose, new eras in their brains
Bring me the warrior
Shepherd or leader
Hunter or Hider
Whether a lawyer
Doctor or Teacher
Spiritual Preacher
Wheeler and Healer
Spin Doctor Dealer
Bring me men, bring me men to match my mountains
Bring me men, bring me men to match my plains
Men with Empires
Men with Empires in their purpose
Well, I have been puppetised
Oh, how I have compromised
But definitely every thing's changed
Somehow I'm different now
Drifting from girl who tries
Misconstrued
Drifting to woman wise
So long, so long overdue
Ooh, I'm the woman who
Can undo quite a few
Things done wrong
Wrong things done
So long, long overdue
Ooh, I'm the woman whose
Three wishes came true
Fell in two, found the one
Now I come and go as I choose
Wearing my red magic shoes
Well, I wanna leave a legacy
Of love and beauty
Wanna know I've lived to love
Loved to care and dared to dream
'Cause under the weight of the world
Waits a girl
'Til the wonder of fate unfurled
Under the girl uncurled someone new
Ooh, I'm the woman who
Can undo quite a few
Things done wrong
Wrong things done
So long overdue
Ooh, I'm the woman whose
Three wishes came true
Fell in two, found the one
Now I come and go as I choose
Wearing my red magic shoes
With my soul in my heart
And my heart in my mouth
Steppin' in and steppin' out without
Familiar flickers of self-doubt
I'm starting to be what I'm all about
From understudy in the dress rehearsal
To the lead in a role reversal
As my impossible dream debuts
I'm the woman who's
Got the read magic shoes
Ah, ha, oh
Ooh, I'm the woman who
Ooh, I'm the woman who
Can undo quite a few
Things done wrong
Wrong things done
So long overdue
I'm the woman whose
Three wishes came true
Fell in two, found the one
Now I come and go as I choose
I'm the woman who
I'm the woman
Can undo quite a few
Things done wrong
So long overdue
I'm the woman whose
Three wishes came true
Fell in two, found the one
Now I come and go as I choose
I saw it written and I saw it say
Pink moon is on its way
And none of you stand so tall
Pink moon gonna get you all
It's a pink moon
Yeah it's a pink, pink, pink
This does not affect you, you say
It's not against you, you say
It's my problem, my demons that rage 'round my mind
Turning me blind, I don't see like no ordinary man
Yeah, well, that's my life that you're throwing
Down the back of your throat
Hey and those are my dreams
Heading for an overdose
You suck my blood
And you bleed me dry
And I care so much
I don't care anymore
I would bare my naked throat
To your blade of pain
But it's never enough
No, never enough
I could rip my heart out and lay it
On the ground before you
But it's never enough
No, never enough
Let you booze away
The best of my tender years
But it's never enough
No, never enough
I would throw myself
Upon a burning flame for you
But it's never enough
Never enough
I fed you once from my soul
Now I'm forever slave to your needs
I'm weighed down in sin, no freedom within
I don't live like no ordinary girl
'Cause that's my life that you're throwing
Down the back of your throat
Hey, and those are my dreams
Heading for an overdose
You suck my blood
And you bleed me dry
And I care so much
I don't care anymore
I would bare my naked throat
To your blade of pain
But it's never enough
No, never enough
I could rip my heart out and lay it
On the ground before you
But it's never enough
No never enough
Let you booze away
The best of my tender years
But it's never enough
No, never enough
I would throw myself
Upon a burning flame for you
But it's never enough
Never enough
I tried, I tried, I tried
Never enough
Never enough
What more do you want from me?
What God would make you happy?
How much blood would quench your thirst?
I gave you my best and you left me with your worst
Everything that I tried to do
It was never enough for you
Boy, like a toy you cast me aside
I tried
I could rip my heart out and lay it
On the ground before you
But it's never enough
Never enough
What more do you want from me?
What God would make you happy?
How much blood would quench your thirst?
I gave you my best and you left me with your worst
Everything that I tried to do
It was never enough for you
Boy, like a toy you cast me aside
I tried, I tried
Never enough
How can there be no love?
No feeling of passion too
The way we were dancing, love
How could it be I'm through?
We danced the night together
Until the morning light
Baby, do you remember
The music in our eyes?
Such an enchanting evening
A lovers' romantic night
The moon and stars are leaving
The sea was glowing bright
We'll spend the night together
Until the morning light
Baby, do you remember
The music in our eyes?
We were unexpected lovers
Not just ordinary lovers
Sharing unexpected love
My true love
We were unexpected lovers
Not just ordinary lovers
Sharing unexpected love
My true love
We love like no other lovers
Like no other lovers do
The way we kissed each other
And helped each other through
We'll spend the night together
Until the morning light
Baby, do you remember
The music in our eyes?
When will we ever love again
And share another night?
Should we ever meet again
To love each other right?
We'll spend the night together
Until the morning light
Baby, do you remember
The music in our eyes?
We were unexpected lovers
Not just ordinary lovers
Sharing unexpected love
My true love
We were unexpected lovers
Not just ordinary lovers
Sharing unexpected love
Move up
Energise
Beam on down to the other side.
Move down make it slide
Beam on up to the other side.
Touch up
Make me rise
I've got to move to the other side.
Touch down
What a ride
You made me come to the other side.
If you want me to
I would like to do
All the things you knew the ones you made me do.
Don't you want me to
Say you want me to.
Do the things to you
The ones you want me to.
I wanna see your angel eyes
I wanna see your angel eyes.
I just want to stay all night
Hold me baby
Hold me.
I just want to love you right
Love me baby
Love me.
I just want to stay all night
Hold me baby
Hold me. . . .
Move up
Energise
Beam on down to the other side.
Touch down
What a ride you made me come to the other side.
If you'd like me to
I would like to do
All the things you knew the ones you made me do.
Don't you want me to
Say you want me to
Do the things to you the ones you want me to.
I wanna see your angel eyes
I wanna see your angel eyes.
I just want to stay all night
Hold me baby
Hold me. . . .
I just want to stay all night
Hold me baby

ouiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
Refrain: x2

Speaking in tongues. Living as spies. Filling the holes in our eyes.
Searching for signs of life to take us home.
As slaves to this obsession our will is its direction.
Hidden brights. Only yellow lines and the scarce street light
and more green signs will shape our lives.
Feed our lives with asphalt veins.
Fueled by our need to create and define with asphalt veins.
We'll find our way back home between lines in the road.
We'll find vanishing eyes, lost, consciously trapped, confined.
We'll find promising signs. Lives reunite and light to rise again.
Headless and horseless, you're lifeless
Hold the hourglass with both fists to hide this
This reminds you of living
This reminds you of dying
Just like it's always been
And things can never change
And things can never change
Headless, horseless, lifeless, lifeless
Hourglass, both fists, hide this, hide this
And when were here colors can bleed together
Colors can bleed together
And when were here colors can bleed together
Colors can bleed together
Headless and horseless, you're lifeless
Hold the hourglass with both fists to hide this, to hide this
There is a selling point for war and tragedy
It keeps us always wanting more
We live for promises of gold
Tainted by the distress of being second best
This is the time for giving up
and letting go of everything you’d live to regret
There is not shelter here
Just pain and sweat and solace
It makes us who we are
And so we grow… and so we grow and progress
Head above the world, feet beneath us fail
Until we learn to swim the waves crash down our throats
Take a second breath. Believe you’re never coming back
As the last light lingers every breath you took comes rushing in
And we find ourselves quiet…
Every breath you took comes rushing in
And so we grow in spite of holding on, in spite of letting go,
In spite of always wanting more
Air expands, we struggle, we falter, we decide
We’ll never return
…and so we grow and progress
Head above the world, feet beneath us fail
Until we learn to swim the waves crash down our throats
Take a second breath. Believe you’re never coming back
As the last light lingers every breath you took comes rushing in
With all this oxygen, we’ll breath the world in
With no destination… nowhere to begin
With all this oxygen, we’ll breath the world in
With no destination… nowhere to begin
How long will it take to finally cave in
When we've fallen to the bottom?
Consequence violently forced into our stomachs.
We too are vulnerable, we too are afraid,
But we can't hold on to despair or hide in these wretched caves.
When there is so much being to embrace...
So many movements to exchange.
And what will it take to finally get up
When we've fallen to the bottom?
Consequence violently forced out of our stomachs.
Find ourselves in rounded corners facing everything in shadow.
We shake and we shudder and run screaming to our caves.
The streets are screaming. They're wailing and weeping.
Hearts beating through our ears.
All those peripheral numbers decaying.
Listen to the lights melt and devastate inhibition.
The strings are singing. They're scraping and weaving to create.
Listen to the lights melt and devastate inhibition.
This is why we're here, to push expectations away.
To let our legs give out and give our hands away.
To weave these threads...
To weave these threads...
To weave these threads... into creation.
This is why we're here, to push expectations away.
To let our legs give out and give our hands away.
And we watch ourselves one by one break free, turning into threads,
entwining into place, dropping into place.
Wash off the dirt and wipe away inhibition.
This sound, it reins conviction over insecurity.
This noise, it burns away the old,
We can name this silence anything we wish.
Let it hide until it thrives.
Until it feeds and builds.
Until it feeds and builds.
And who will be the victim when this demon explodes?
When this demon explodes...
Look at what we created with this absence of words.
We gave... we gave it life
When we swallowed our tongues we turned our backs.
And we'll digest our differences
And slay our weakness.
And we'll digest our differences
And slay our weakness.
Diluting everything is perfect will only make it swell.
So let's carry this to the surface and unveil
And unveil.
And unveil.
And unveil.
We'll push our hearts to the foreground.
We'll push our hearts to the foreground.
Look at what we created with this absence of words.
We gave... we gave it life.
When we swallowed our tongues we turned our backs.
We'll push our hearts to the foreground
And focus on what's real...
It's how you breathe when you're asleep
It's fighting when it's time to die
Convoluted to the point of no escape
It's how you breathe when you're asleep
It's fighting when it's time to die
Convoluted to the point of no escape
And when it's gone it's gone forever
And when it's here it's here to stay
Paint a picture using nothing but grey
Capture the ever-passing moment
We are the echo
The mere reflection of a song that's always been
Reach out grab the sound
Don't just stare
The waters rising
Tracers fly from off our hands
Keeping their place in the line
Memory and consciousness
Fight over the images
And when it's gone it's gone forever
And when it's here it's here to stay
Paint a picture using nothing but grey
You act like the winter will never come, like you can survive
But this is an empty canvas and we should call in sick for a day
And pick up a paint brush, and pick up ambition
Because art is lost without ambition,
Carried away in frozen visions
If you come to us like we know you
Then we're all the same and empty too
We'll find our own way out of here
And never look back with regret
With just ourselves to answer, there is no question
Carried away in frozen visions
We'll find our own way out
How can we define what we hold so dear,
Solely on a scale of monetary gain?
So easy to place hands inside our pockets,
Put our worth in our pockets.
How can we deny that which we require?
It's keeping us alive, while cheating our desire.
Please don't feel sorry for us as we embrace aversion,
Pushing envy into the back room.
The days expire as we yearn to possess
That which will never fill our lungs.
It starts a whisper slowly shaping envy.
Denying patience and keeping us in time.
The shaking hands, desperately constructing a flawless haven,
Undoing our intent.
How will we ever feel our lungs when our
Pockets overflow with fiction?
We'll never feel our lungs when we're buried in pockets.
We're buried in our pockets.
How will we ever fill our lungs?
We go on just the same
With or without the same name
With scattered brains and tattered souls
Just wait just wait
Burn down this statue
We pay cash for petty dreams
You can't duplicate, copy and paste, you can't duplicate
Burn down these castles
Wash our hands in the flames
We can't forget the dust
We came cause it built us
We dance as it smolders
Weight builds on our shoulders
Paint with your own blood instead
Burn down this statue
We pay cash for petty dreams
You can't duplicate, copy and paste, you can't duplicate
Burn down these castles
Wash our hands in the flames
What we do in here we keep to ourselves
We all hide our faces but not our hearts
And this is what you came for
You sacrificed your eyes to see
Transmissions from one single mind
Condemn you and bring you to life
And were all just the same
It's all part of the game but
Stake the blame and claim your life
Remove the disguise and surprise
You walk through this coffin now
The one that you built yourself
You're already set in stone
Sculpt this like it's your last
You walk through this coffin now
The one that you built yourself
You're already set in stone
Sculpt this like it's your last
Is this not the same as we pictured?
Is this not the same frame we filled?
Is this not the life that we wanted?
Is this not the life we foretold?
We are now the image, we are now the print.
We are now the sum of red, green and blue.
The rocking chair still sways when you're not there,
and offers no help in projecting yourself in RGB on the wide screen.
You must do that yourself.
Tear yourself in two and watch it as you go your separate ways.
And lean away and watch the disarray as it defines you.
Why would we stop now that we're in motion?
It's cost us everything to build our lives beneath the ocean.
And we don't need to breathe to reap the benefits of losing sleep.
You need less than you think.
We've set fire to the alternatives, buried our past behind us.
Is this not the same as we pictured?
Is this not the same frame we filled?
Is this not the life that we wanted?
Is this not the life we foretold?
We are now the image, we are now the print.
We are now the sum of red, green and blue.
Still, the sun sprays intention. Still, the water breathes invention.
And we dig with curiosity.
Still, the sun sprays intention. Still, the water breathes invention.
And we dig with curiosity. Still. Still.
And we dig with curiosity. Tearing open lives that stow away.
We sought them out and made them real, we made them real.
We lean away and watch the disarray as it defines you.
Why would we stop now that we're in motion?
It's cost us everything to build our lives beneath the ocean.
And we don't need to breathe to reap the benefits of losing sleep.
Divide all of the spoils, take more than we deserve
Chasing flickering lights, almost there
Reaching, stretching our limbs, circling, then closing in
Oh beautiful siren
These trophies shine on the horizon,
Begging to be gained.
It craves to be gained by selfish eyes
Graves lust broods in us, keeps us sick where we stand
Nothing comes, but it leaves us alone, us as lambs
Starry-eyed appetites, gaping mouths, hands
Now we've won the prize at last
But we'll never pick out the shards of glass
We'll spend the rest of our lives digging
And is this golden chair that we sit in
More fitting than the rags we've she'd
This token marks no end, it marks where we begin again
Glittering prizes tear us into twins, divide our desire
Feed us or dispel this craving we serve
At the rainbow's end, we drink from the fountain
Now cloud ten, to search for eleven
At the rainbows end...
Now we've won the prize at last
But we'll never pick out the shards of glass
We'll spend the rest of our lives digging
And is this golden chair that we sit in
More fitting than the rags we've she'd
This token marks no end, it marks where we begin again
It comes with reason
And when we question, we question with sincerity
Run through webs of grass and trees
Only to wake, only to wake
Glued to the sun like a ceiling,
Waiting as we drip into the night
Glued to the sun like a ceiling,
Waiting as we drip into the night
It comes with reason
And when we question, we question with sincerity
Run through webs of grass and trees
Only to wake, only to wake
But when it all collides and goes under
It's never permanent
It's never permanent
Tears stream down my neck
Falling into place, falling into place
When I finally realize, we knew all along
Traverse this corner, pulled by the bend.
Find ourselves clinging. Find ourselves shaken and hesitant.
We see our size. We see our place.
Glued to the souls that sustain us.
We see our shape. We see our speed.
Fixed on this gear as it grinds, digging a path over time.
Forward we are falling. Spinning, twisting, writhing.
Far off forces calling us closer, closer, closer.
Far off voices calling us, closer to forever.
As we begin to allow, leaving questions behind,
aware and enlivened with our existence,
and yet we're still spinning, twisting, writhing.
Inside we stretch our spirits, out of touch we plug our ears,
With each convulsion against this glow, it slowly brightens.
Not to spite us, but to bring us to terms with the reality
that we must pull ourselves.
It's only a matter of time we don't have.
A question of spending life we won't get back.
We're plunging anyways, we might as well go headfirst.
Jump in, the water's fine.
The dry land has lied.
So afraid of never coming up, again.
When the water chills, just keep swimming.
The sun fails our skin.
We'll warm ourselves kinetically... and never fail.
Give us chances to not only survive
But to take on the world by surprise, by surprise.
Let us take in more than our eyes can find.
Facing everything that defines us, give us time.
Holding our breath only keeps us afloat.
Dive down headfirst, struggle, and let go.
Explosions that we incite reopen the cold, dark sky.
Where action and coincidence collide.
All tangled now with relief,
We reach a shore worth treading in. Deeper, deeper we sink.
Trade the faces which we wear, to run free.
Knowing only ourselves.
We leave the poison skies and live much darker lives.
Let's continue unscathed and full of wonder, but overwhelmed.
O Domine Jesu Christe
adorote in cruce vulneratum...
O Domine Jesu Christe
adorote in cruce vulneratum,
felle et aceto potatum
de precorte ut tua vulnera,
sint remedium, animae mea;
sint remedium, animae mea.
O Domine Jesu Christe
Dunkel Leben
Life is dark, Life is dead...
Blood, night, centuries of sad;
Flesh and pain, coming from the dark.
Blood, night, centuries of sad;
Day by day hiding from the ligth.
Dunkel ist das Leben, dunkel ist;
Dunkel ist das Leben, ist der Tod.
Dead soul, lost in time;
Hear the bells from the past.
Dead soul, lost in time;
Take my heart, take it in your hands.
Dunkel ist das Leben, dunkel ist;
Peccator
Come to me, one more time...
Die for me, one more time...
Seal my soul, one more time...
With a kiss, one more time...
In the dark, one more time...
Take my blood, one more time...
In my arms, one more time...
Sacrifice my love, one more time...
Come to me...
Ave regina virginum!
celi tere que Dominum.
Concipies et paries
intacta salutem hominum.
Come to me, one more time...
Die for me, one more time...
Seal my soul, one more time...
With a kiss, one more time...
In the dark, one more time...
Take my blood, one more time...
In my arms, one more time...
Sacrifice my love, one more time...
Earth to earth, and dust to dust
rest in peace, your time has come.
Be my angel, my dark angel;
lay down next to me
and die for ever your last dream...
Agnus Dei, qui tollis peccata mundi,
miserere, miserere nobis.
Frozen lips, broken heart,
lonely soul with eyes of ice.
Be my angel, my dark angel;
bloody kisses before the day breaks
and light comes...
Agnus Dei, qui tollis peccata mundi,
miserere, miserere nobis.
