Choi Tseveenpurev(Choijiljaviin Tseveenpurev) Mongol Warrior Choi Tseveenpurev' 11th July 2009 Choijiljavyn "Choi" Tseveenpürev (Mongolian: Чойжилжавын Цэвээнпүрэв; born October 6, 1971 in Ulan Bator, Mongolia) is a featherweight boxer. Nicknamed the Mongolian Warrior, Choi is a self-styled latter-day Genghis Khan ranked in the top ten featherweights in the world and has been dubbed "Britain's answer to Manny Pacquiao" by the leading UK boxing commentator John Rawling. On June 6, 2008, he was awarded with the title of 'State Honoured Athlete' by the Mongolian President, Nambaryn Enkhbayar.[1] He is the current WBU featherweight champion following his destructive win over Derry Mathews in Bolton on April 5, 2008[2], and although a 15-month period of inactivity described as "criminal" by UK publication Boxing News[3] led him to briefly decide to retire, since signing up with Spencer Fearon's Hard Knocks Boxing Promotions in June 2009 he has set his sights on proving himself to be the number one 126lb fighter in the world in the next two years. In his first fight under the Hard Knocks banner, Choi destroyed Lubos Prehradnik in three rounds on 11 July, his country's Independence Day in front of many of his countrymen who were earlier at London's Naadam celebrations. The crowd was described by boxing pundit Steve Bunce as the most passionate in British boxing for 30 years. The antithesis of the modern-day protected boxer, Choi began his career with ten-rounders as an away fighter in South Korea and Thailand fighting legendary former and future world champion Veeraphol Sahaprom in only his third contest. This is the only one of his four defeats, all by points verdicts, not regarded as highly contentious. His boxing career saw him travel to South Korea, Thailand, Indonesia and China before settling in the UK in 2000. Choi is currently trained by Lee Wilkins, having previously worked with Jack Doughty until 2008. Despite now being in his late 30s, Choi is convinced he is now at his peak and is unbeaten in the last five years stopping eight of his last nine opponents. -"I am back because in my heart I am not retired. I'm still learning. People think I am old but soon I will be the number one world featherweight." Choi Tseveenpurev in his interview on Steve Bunce's Boxing Hour, June 2009.
On his way to meet H.H. Guru Deva Rinpoche, Kyabje Trijang Chocktrul Rinpoche is treated with the highest respect, with the entire route cleared for his convoy and a police escort from the Mongolian government. Trijang Rinpoche always travels under heavy security because there are fears for his life. Since he is a Dorje Shugden lama, he and his students are the constant targets of death threats and violence from anti-Shugden supporters of the Tibetan leadership. HH the current Trijang Rinpoche, after repeated requests, has compassionately accepted the multiple invitations to Mongolia. For centuries, Mongolia has been a traditional stronghold of Buddhism and Tsongkhapa’s doctrine. You can see Tsongkhapa’s images and the monks of the tradition dotted all over the country. HH Trijang Rinpoche being one of the highest tulkus of Tibetan Buddhism naturally has a very strong connection to the land where Genghis Khan had the greatest empire where he once ruled. HH Trijang Rinpoche will be in Mongolia for 3 weeks and this is part of the schedule: - 11 to 12 Sept: Mongolia National Circus Hall – Yamantaka and Dorje Shugden initiation - 13 September: private function in Dagom Rinpoche’s Monastery - 14 September: Gonpo Shelshi initiation and new lama ceremony in Tashi Choekhorling Monastery in Bulgon province - 15 to 16 September: long life ceremony and new lama ceremony in Amarbayasgalant Monastery Vajradhara gave forth a set of very profound teachings for the most qualified students that if practiced can confer enlightenment within 16 lifetimes. Within these cycle of teachings are the Vajrabhairava (Yamantaka) cycle of teachings. This is Manjushri in the most ferocious form which confers the collection of our winds into the central channel which results in great bliss. The generation and completion stages of Yamantaka’s practice is extraordinary in that it purifies many lifetimes of mental obscurations and its imprints. The most heinous of negative acts can be purified in one lifetime for diligent practitioners of this path. The Mongolians are very fortunate that HH Kyabje Trijang Rinpoche will be conferring this initiation in Mongolia. Modern Nomads (1996): Watch how capitalism has helped raise the incomes of Mongolian nomads A look at how Mongolia's new capitalism has prompted a nomadic revival. On the grasslands, it's time to brand the wild ponies. Nomadic farmer, Jamts, is marking out his property. In post-communist Mongolia, nomads are once again permitted to own their own livestock. Inside their traditional ger tent, Jamts' wife, Dorj, prepares the day's fresh milk and cream. With skilful management of their resources, Jamts and Dorj have brought up 13 children. But as Mongolia heads for full blown capitalism, nomads now battle with powerful market forces. Jamts has thrived where many have failed because his enterprising nephew, Mendsaikhan, helps him sell produce in the city. Mendsaikhan takes Jamts' adult daughter, Pagma, back home for a visit. Far away from city nightclubs and medical student life, Pagma falls back into the nomadic routine. Haggling at the market, Mendsaikhan gets a good price for his uncle's sheepskins. Traders like he and Jamts can provide Mongolia's stumbling economy with much needed income. But government advisers believe that the nomadic lifestyle will inevitably collide with economic reform. Wonderful traditional Mongolian performance by a young dancer at Tibet House (NYC) opening reception for this contemporary Mongolian art exhibit: "Mongol Visions: Winged Horses and Shamanic Skies." More from the website about the event and show: "For more than two thousand years the Mongols have dominated the center of the Silk Road. Here, under the guidance of the great Khaans like Genghis and Kublai, the ancient traditions of shamanism and Indo-Tibetan Buddhism merged into a profound stream. The vast influence of Mongolia on Euro-Asian civilization is only now being fully appreciated. "Tibet House is delighted to join in the celebration of this inspiring and magical legacy by hosting an exhibition with some of Mongolia's greatest young artists whose works bring together the integrity of tradition and the creative impulse of the contemporary aesthetic. "These celebrated artists include Gankhuyag Natsag, whose paintings, statues and traditional lama dance masks have shown in more than a dozen cities around the world; D. Soyolmaa, renowned for bringing the clarity and precision of traditional Buddhist art into a contemporary ambiance; T. Nurmaa, famed for her ability to capture on canvas the radiance and raw intensity of the Mongolian spirit; D. Bulgantuya, an acclaimed artist who has received rave reviews in Sofia, Budapest, Warsaw, Kiev, and Vienna; and Ts. Bolor, especially known for her "aesthetics of the feminine." Mongolia is a vast, empty space - the least densely populated place in the world. And yet this music is so full, deep and rich. It is haunting hearing it boom out into the nothingness. Travel video about destination Mongolia. Mongolia is a land between sky, steppes and desert. Extreme, exotic, and mostly undiscovered, home to nomads, ringers, eagle hunters and horsemen. A land of adventure!Ulaanbaatar is the capital of Mongolia and is a metropolis set amid the steppes, truly the pulsating heart of the country that combines the cultures of old with a lively feeling of moving towards new horizons. Ganden Hyid is a pilgrimage destination for the faithful from all over Mongolia. They pray and wind prayer mills and crowd into the main sanctuary. In the monastery’s main temple is a twenty six metre high statue of the Buddha Of Mercy, patron saint of Mongolia that is decorated with gold and gems. Almost fifty kilometres east of Ulaanbaatar is a leisure area for the inhabitants of the city, the Terej National Park. Here horse riding is available across country and without limit, a fact that pleases the basic instincts of the Mongolian heart. In Kharkhorin, former residence of those who once ruled Mongolia, today there is little left to see. However, a few mysterious sites remain which, along with the Erdene Zuu Monastery, are highly evocative of this ancient city in Central Mongolia as for thirty two years it was the centre of one of the most powerful empires on Earth. The Magic of Mongolia can be felt by all who come here and this journey across a harsh and contrasting land has been an unforgettable adventure beyond compare.

Mongolia is known among travelers as the land of nomads, birthplace of the Great king Genghis Khan and of many histories, dating all the way back to Paleolithic Age. It is home to hospitable, gracious herders who cherish their land, animals and culture in all its natural beauty. In today’s fast changing world, Mongolia is considered as one of the few travel destinations and a place designed for travellers and adventure seekers that can offer beautiful unspoiled nature, endless steppes, massive ranging mountains, crystal clear lakes, parched conditions of the Gobi and interested in exploring the nomadic culture and unrivalled hospitality which have been kept for centuries.

Travel video about destination Copenhagen in Denmark. Copenhagen is the capital of the Kingdom of Denmark and is situated on the east coast of Sæland Island on the Öresund, the link between the North Sea and the Baltic. It is a European capital of culture, home country of the Little Mermaid and a successful combination of Scandinavian elegance and Middle-European joie de vivre. In 1167, Bishop Absalon of Roskilde was granted by King Valdemar I an area of land on Öresund, to which the small settlement of Havn also belonged. For the protection of both fishermen and traders, he built a fortress and the settlement developed into Kobenhavn, the Harbor of Merchants. Copenhagen was born and the fortress was continuously enlarged until in 1376, a castle was built on its foundation. The huge Christiansborg Palace extends across the larger part of Slotsholmen, Castle Island and it has been Denmark's power base for hundreds of years. The huge statue in the square features King Frederik VII on horseback, a monarch known in Danish history as the 'King of Democracy'. Each day, crowds of people make for Copenhagen's world famous landmark, The Little Mermaid, created by artist Edvard Erikson. Tiny and elegant and seated on a stone, she gazes yearningly across the sea oblivious to the city's hustle and bustle. The Rundetårn is an unusual building that was built at the command of the Renaissance king, Christian IV. Its circular tower is 36 metres high and has a diameter of 15 metres. In place of a conventional stairway, royal architects Hans Van Steenwinkel constructed a winding 209 metre long ramp, thus the somewhat rotund king was able to travel without difficulty by carriage to the astrological observatory at the top! Copenhagen is a friendly metropolis in which tolerance and openness are the order of the day, a 'City on the Sea' that fascinates all who experience it.

noodls 2015-03-20Mongolia i/mɒŋˈɡoʊliə/ (Mongolian: Монгол улс (help·info), literally Mongol country/state) is a landlocked country in East and Central Asia. It is bordered by Russia to the north and China to the south, east and west. Although Mongolia does not share a border with Kazakhstan, its western-most point is only 38 kilometres (24 mi) from Kazakhstan's eastern tip. Ulan Bator, the capital and largest city, is home to about 45% of the population. Mongolia's political system is a parliamentary republic.
The area of what is now Mongolia has been ruled by various nomadic empires, including the Xiongnu, the Xianbei, the Rouran, the Gökturks and others. The Mongol Empire was founded by Genghis Khan in 1206. After the collapse of the Yuan Dynasty, the Mongols returned to their earlier pattern of constant internal conflict and occasional raids on the Chinese borderlands. In the 16th and 17th centuries, Mongolia came under the influence of Tibetan Buddhism. At the end of the 17th century, all of Mongolia had been incorporated into the area ruled by the Qing Dynasty. During the collapse of the Qing Dynasty in 1911, Mongolia declared independence, but had to struggle until 1921 to firmly establish de facto independence from the Republic of China, and until 1945 to gain international recognition.
It must have been Moonglow,
Way up in the blue,
It must have been Moonglow,
That led me straight to you
I still hear you sayin'
Dear one hold me fast,
And I start to prayin'
Oh Lord, please let this last,
We seem to float right through the air,
Heavenly songs seem to come from everywhere,
And now when there's Moonglow,
Way up in the blue,
I always remember,
That Moonglow gave me you
That Moonglow gave me you
We seem to float right through the air,
Heavenly songs seemed to come from everywhere,
And now when there's Moonglow
Way up in the blue,
I always remember,
That Moonglow gave me you,
That Moonglow gave me you,

Tonight the monkey dies
Tonight you will be mine
Tonight the monkey dies
Now who's to blame
You used to be the same
Now you won't let me speak your name
What a shame
It's a suicide
Shut up and drive
We're never going to make the light
But it's all right
Tonight you will be mine
Tonight the monkey dies
Tonight you will be mine
Tonight the monkey dies
Rage, taking control of my mind
Driving me to
Kill without mercy
I see red
Blood on
My hands
My knife
Crazed, boiling blood pumps through my heart
Pushing me to
Respond with violence
I spill their
Blood with
Vicious
Cruelty
Maniacal
Psychopath
Slash through the crowd of faces leaving a trail of bloody dead
Hold down the scumbag, slice off his ear, gouge out his fucking eyes
Pounding the human maggots, broken bones cause screams of pain
Femur pokes through the muscles in his upper leg, i wrench it out with force
Stabbing the faces
Knocking out teeth with my nail spiked bat
Internal damage
Trauma from beatings causes organs to burst
Maniacal
Psychopath
Chunks of butchered victims cover the floor in my wake
Frenzied battery and slashing slung pieces of face on the ceilings and walls
Raging violence will consume all of my damaged brain
Ruthless murders are the only way to make this impulse abate
Maniacal
It must have been moonglow

It must have been moonglow
That led me straight to you
I still hear you saying
"Dear one, hold me fast"
And I started praying
"Oh, Lord, please make this last"
We seemed to float
Right through the air
Heavenly songs
Seemed to come from every where
And now when there's moonglow
Way up in the blue
I always remember
That moonglow gave me you
We seemed to float
Right through the air
All those Heavenly songs
Seemed to come from every where
And now when there's moonglow
Way up in the blue
I'll always remember
That moonglow gave me you
That moonglow gave me you
Last night and the night before
The thunder crowed and the rooster roared
I woke up sweating on somebody's floor
You know how the story goes
The dirty streets, they can be so mean
Everybody trying to live so clean
Me, I'm stuck here in between
And it's a fine line
Down on monkey hill
Saw a brother screaming on the corner
Talkin' 'bout some low down dirty shame
And he said,
"Gonna get so high that I just don't know my name"
Between the buildings and the alleyways
That's where the living is done
Where the young boys chase the dragon
That's where flesh and steel are one
Down on monkey hill
Saw another brother testifying this morning
Talkin' 'bout how he lost everything
And he said,
"Gonna get so high that I just don't know my name"
Everybody's talking shit and jivin'
Hard to tell which is which
Dealers and healers
Businessmen and bankers
They all be scratchin' that itch
Down on monkey hill
Saw another brother testifying this evening
Talkin' 'bout how he left his soul in denang
And he said,
"Gonna get so high that I just don't know my name"
Gonna get so high
I don't know my name
MOONGLOW
It must have been moonglow
way up in the blue,
it must have been moonglow
that led me straight to you.
I still hear you saying
'dear one, hold me fast'
and I start in praying
oh Lord, please let this last.
We seemed to float right through the air,
heavenly songs seem to come from everywhere.
And now when there's moonglow
way up in the blue
I always remember
that moonglow gave me you.
You know that I'll be singing, when the morning comes
Cause every time I fall asleep, I wake up alone
And my voice is dying, I can barely say a word
So I'll just drive away
And oh oh
I'd like to try and find a way
To take this all away with me
Holding out not giving in
I used to try to find the answers
But I know, now that I don't really care
Hey, I'm just cool with anything
We could get away, I don't need to get away
Today the phone hasn't rang at all
But I like it better when they don't call
We're gonna drop this song
cause you don't belong
you don't fit the mold
so you've been told
you need to play our game
and just act the same
cause we won't tolerate
any other trait
Bang! I am maniacal
Bang! so defiable
Obliverate dominate
self destruct and activate
Bang! I am political
Bang! so unequivable
the name of the game is to win all the way
Pinned down
to your chemical cross
of hopeless faith
what a day what a loss
no one left
to tell this tale
of all of us
life for sale
The clouds start to rise
there is no surprise
we all start to burn
when will we learn
who we are to be
watch the enemy
in you sights you see
when will we be
Bang! I am maniacal
Bang! So defiable
Obliverate dominate selfdestruct and activate
Bang! I am political
Bang! So unequivable
the name of the game is to win all the way
Pinned down
to your chemical cross
of hopeless faith
what a day what a loss
no one left
to tell this tale
of all of us
life for sale
No one left
to tell this tale
of all of us
life for sale
Bang! I am maniacal
Bang! So defiable
Obliverate dominate self destruct and activate
Bang! I am political
Bang! So unequivable
the name of the game is to win all the way
Pinned down
to your chemical cross
of hopeless faith
what a day what a loss
no one left
to tell this tale
of all of us
My life is- I’m dependent, I can’t help it. I started at a young age. I’m too dependent on it, you know? Drugs and music get me where I wanna go now. But I gotta make the money for it and it’s not that easy nowadays.
[Chorus]
My uncle shoots heroin, my father used to do cocaine
My moms used to smoke weed with her friends when I was eight
Smoked weed when I was twelve, sold weed at fourteen
Bombing for peace is like fucking for virginity
Conscious rap is bullshit, gangster rap is a fraud
This is real rap, bang your fucking head through the wall
This is drug music, stuck with a syringe in your arm
I’m the truth like the name of the song
Yo my uncle shoots heroin
[Verse 1]
Bathroom floor, found a syringe
When I was out on the Hydro Tour Howie went out on a binge
The snake bitch I was fucking even took him to cop
A month later he was on the floor looking for rock
Missed a flight to Czech Republic, walked in the path
Of Howie lying in his own puke dying from crack
Cocaine poisoning, he shot the heroin since fourteen
February 2003, he was clean
I helped him out, he kicked crack, dope, and meth
Hosted shows, free clothes, bubblebaths, autographs
T-shirts, soon I’mma make a Howie action figure
Before his latest relapse I’m glad I captured pictures
I love Howie, homie used to change my diapers
To save him I’d have jumped in front of spray from snipers
But this is just something that he’s gotta do on his own
I try to get through to him with this song
[Chorus]
[Verse 2]
He used to live in my crib, sleep on my couch smoking Newport 100’s
Gave me comic books, bought me my first bass guitar
Learned from my grandma how to tell you the future with cards
Watch the sci-fi channel high off of methadone
More addictive than anything injected in the arm
D.T.’s five in the morning waking my moms
Got a search warrant but Howie Tenenbaum is gone
Roaming the streets, he was a superhero to me
When I was five I used to pick the seeds out of his weed
Nodding out, burning cigarette holes in his sheets
Wake up and eat a box of Captain Crunch then go back to sleep
He was a crackhead too, he might still be
A walking relapse, that motherfucker’s still on the streets
You tell him right he goes left
Show him right he does wrong
I hope I get through to him with this song
Hail ya ho boys, let her go boys
Turn her head 'round into the weather
Hail ya ho boys, let her go boys
Sailing homeward to Mingalay
What care we how wild the Minch is?
What care we now for windy weather?
For we know boys, every inch is
Bringing us closer to Mingalay
Well our hearts they, they shook inside us
On the night of the hurricane
Now the stars come out to guide us
Guide us home to Mingalay
We are waiting by the harbor
We've been waiting since break of day
We are waiting by the harbor
Where the suns sets on, on Mingalay
So hail ya ho boys, let her go boys
Turn her head 'round into the weather
Hail ya ho boys, let her go boys
Sailing home to Mingalay
Sailing home, sailing home, sailing home
Oh, through the wind and the rain
Through the wind and the rain
Through the wind, through the wind
Through the wind and the rain
A letter came today from the draft board
With trembling hands I read the questionnaire
It asked me lots of things about my mama and papa
Now that ain't what I call exactly fair
So I'm heading for the nearest foreign border
Vancouver may be just my kind of town
Because they don't need the kind of law and order
That tends to keep a good man underground
A sad old soldier once told me a story
About a battlefield that he was on
He said a man should never fight for glory
He must know what is right and what is wrong
So I'm heading for the nearest foreign border
Vancouver may be just my kind of town
Because they don't need the kind of law and order
That tends to keep a good man underground, yeah now,
I don't know how much I owe my uncle
But I suspect it's more than I can pay
He's asking me to sign a three-year contract
I guess I'll catch the first bus out today
So I'm heading for the nearest foreign border
Vancouver may be just my kind of town
Because they don't need the kind of law and order
That tends to keep a good man underground
That tends to keep a good man underground
It must have been moonglow
Way up in the blue
It must have been moonglow
That led me straight to you
I still hear you sayin'
"Dear one, hold me fast"
And I started on prayin'
"Oh Lord, please let this last"
We seemed to float right
Through the air
Heavenly songs
Seemed to come from everywhere
And now when there's moonglow
Way up in the blue
I always remember
That moonglow gave me you
And now when there's moonglow
Way up in the blue
I always remember
That moonglow gave me you
How young are you but how can finely comprehend.
You feel me and know how to understand.
You reveal all my secret thoughts
And truth you tell me mine!
More often declaring your love to me,
For my reciprocal one you wait.
But you call it insincere and
Just a gesture of considerate attachment.
My faults and weaknesses you find out,
Reproach, kiss and forgive me,
When I start again to try
Be over others!
You love, you wait and try to help.
You keep worried but don't lose your heart.
You lead me with confidence
And safe me like an angel
Looking into your eyes
I see all I want to be
and I don't want it to end
If I could only put to words the way
I see you
I only know I had an angel with me now
And when I fall asleep
You're all that I see
You're in my thoughts
and all of my prayers
I wish I could mean
all that you mean to me
My angel without wings
My angel
I wish you could see
all that you mean to me
but I can never find the words
to tell you
And when I fall asleep
you're all that I see
you're in my thoughts
and all of my prayers
I wish I could mean
all that you mean to me
And when I fall asleep
you're all that I see
you're in my thoughts
and all of my prayers
I wish I could mean
all that you mean to me
MY ANGEL WITHOUT WINGS

Causas risa me dirán
Como una princesa me tratarás
Si me pierdo tú me encontrarás
Strengthened by my rest my uninvited guest
Just like an insect which is feasting on my spine
Somewhere inside my plague decides to hide
Twisting all my bones until they turn to stone
My angel, please give me strength
I dream of you, I'll wait for you
All my secrets that I have kept inside
Will come to the surface when you arrive
Turning around to see my fires burn
One fragile glance to see my past
Soon my bones lie pale and white
Hidding in my deepest corner
Where all my secrets dwell
Now I look at you
It makes me feel so fine
You're healing me in vain
There is no cure for me
My angel you gave me strength
An exploding star embraces my soul
All my secrets that I have kept inside
Seems so futile now when you are here
Turning around to see my fires burn
One fragile glance to see my past
Hold My Hand
As sure as I am standing here
And asking you to stay
I want you now more than ever
My love won't drift away
No promised land
State of perfection
Just my heart and
My true affection
That's all I've to give
And all you need
Come on baby
Hold My Hand
'Cause there's no letting go this time
Only you can understand
My love, how strong we're tied
Bound together
Come on closer
Hold My Hand
And who know what our hearts will find
Livin' like two lovers can
On love, just hold me tight
Stay forever mine
All night long and though the day
I'm writing just for you
'Cause I have a strong suspicion
That you feel it too
No promised land Garden of Eden
Heaven knows
Where this is leading
Better take a chance on me
In times when my soul full of sorrow
And when I can't help to myself
I turn my head to the sunrise
And I open my mind
And I see angel
I hear his voice
Through from sky scope
I'm feeling frivolity
And I hear
I hear your words
Reach out your hands
You'll feels a wings
Let me dip into you
You'll hear the bird's songs
Lend me your eyes
I'll show universe
You are my lord
You are my master
And when I die
Yesterday I found an old letter from you
Full of all the plans we were dreaming of
It made think about who I was before you
A girl that didn't know a thing about love
But you felt like a miracle, unconditional
That's who you are
You must have been my angel
You made me see how beautiful life can be
You gave me wings my angel
'Cause you believed in me
I can still remember everything you've told me
Since the day I met you nothing feels the same
I've got to thank you for everything you showed me
Thank you for the many ways that I've changed
'Cause you heard what I couldn't say
You took my fears away
And I won't forget
Now anytime this feeling starts
I think about what you'd say or do
Any time I feel the need to heal my heart
All I have to do is think of you
Yeah think of you
You must have been my angel
'Cause you made me see how beautiful life can be
You gave me wings my angel
'Cause you believed in me
Na na na na my angel
Na na na na how beautiful life can be
You gave me wings my angel
Be 'Cause you believed in me
