In New York, Alvin Sanders is a small-time thief who's just been hauled in for stealing a bunch of prawns (shrimp) from a local restaurant. He ends up in a cell with John Jaster, one half of a high-tech criminal team that's just stolen $42,000,000 worth of gold from the Federal Reserve. Realizing that he could die at any moment from his worsening heart condition, Jaster tells Alvin to relay a cryptic message to his wife about the whereabouts of the hidden gold. Alvin doesn't know exactly what the message means, and Edgar Clenteen, the U.S. Treasury investigator working the case, hopes it will lead to the gold or Jaster's partner Bristol, but it does neither. Eighteen months later, Jaster is dead, and both Clenteen and Bristol are still looking for that gold. Clenteen decides to secretly plant a tracking device in Alvin's jaw, release him from prison, and then let the word out that he knows where the gold is hidden. Knowing that Bristol is probably watching their every move, Clenteen hopes Alvin will act as the bait that'll lure Bristol in. To the dismay of Clenteen and his colleagues, agents Wooly, Blum, Boyle, and Walsh, who are tracking Alvin's every word and move, Alvin immediately gets into trouble, although he decides to go straight once he learns that while he was in prison, his girlfriend Lisa Hill gave birth to their son. Even so, run-ins with his criminal brother, Stevie Sanders and Stevie's two partners, Ramundo and Julio, puts Alvin in danger of being locked up again, which threatens to mess up Clenteen's plan. What will happen when Alvin realizes that he's being used as bait to nail Bristol?

Of Kith and Kin: The Trials and Triumphs of African American family life focuses on Paris, whose stories help students understand the family life of African American slaves during the eighteenth century. We watch a group of slave children learn the songs and rhythms of Africa that relate to the work of the plantation. We are guests at a traditional jumpin' the broom wedding ceremony and learn the sense of hope and fear that accompanies these unofficial marriages. Of Kith and Kin approaches slavery from the slaves' perspective and illustrates the role individuals and families played in a society that recognized the rights of neither.

"Travel around Bristol and enjoy a unique perspective on this historical, culturally rich, vibrant British city. You'll see some epic views, journey through the beautiful surroundings, check out some some of the city's cool events, and see the place come alive as day turns to night." -- I've been working on this project in my spare time between March 2013 and March 2014. One of the goals in the edit was to tell little stories using subtle interplays between shots, sometimes spanning over several shots. I love the richness and depth that time-lapse photography filmmaking provides, you always notice different things on subsequent viewings. The project has been a real labour of love and features over 100 location shoots, with around 9000 separate images used for the final edit. I spent countless hours in pre-production, location shooting, and post production. From travelling around locations with lots of motion control equipment -- to fine tuning, finessing, and polishing sequences to arrive at the final edit. Other famous people include the Lord Mayor of Bristol, Bristol Magnum photographer Martin Parr and Northern Soul dancer and YouTube star Levanna McLean. "It was important for us to feature famous individuals as well as members of the public to show the range of people willing to give their time and energy to contribute to the young people's message." (Oliver Zimmermann, director of the music video) The video also features a vibrant array of characters, including break-dancers, the kebab sellers from Easton Take-Away, a lollipop man, members of the Women's Institute, the owner of Solanki Stores in Windmill Hill, a police woman on her horse and many more. Rising YouTube star Naz Ahmed, also known as 'itsthatnazchick', features prominently in 'Use Your Head' and delivers the main campaign message with a feisty performance. "We really want this video to go viral -- the more people that watch it and share it the better. A lot of hard work has gone into it and we all really came together and enjoyed ourselves. But this song is different from anything we have done before. It's a really catchy and upbeat track that gets people going. I'm really confident about the music video and the song's success in getting our message across." (Naz Ahmed, Integrate Bristol young person and rapper in the music video) The young people of Integrate Bristol have had a stream of high profile projects. Having overcome at times fierce opposition, the charity has grown from a small group of four terrified teenagers in 2008, writing poetry about the then taboo subject of FGM, to a thriving group of over 100 young people to date. In 2010 -- 2011, thirteen girls from the project made a drama doc for radio that was featured on Woman's Hour; in 2011 -- 2012, twenty-seven girls made the award winning film Silent Scream that has since gone global, winning the 2012 First Light Young Voices Award and reaching well over 300,000 views on YouTube. In 2012 the young people also hosted a national conference for 300 delegates at Bristol University, featured on Newsnight and advised on a two parter for BBC Casualty and an episode of Law and Order. In 2013 they wrote and performed the critically acclaimed play My Normal Life, a production that placed female genital mutilation (FGM) firmly within the context of violence against women and girls (VAWG). Park and Slide Bristol style - giant waterslide in the city centre

A famously steep city street was transformed into a WATERSLIDE - made of hay bales and tarpaulin. Iconic Park Street in Bristol was cleared of traffic and turned into a giant free ride as part of an interactive art project. Residents were able to hurtle down the historic road - a seven per cent slope - on inflatable LILOS on tarpaulin sheet lubricated with soapy water. Amazingly, the slide was given the thumbs-up by health and safety inspectors who tested a trial version last year.
