19_11_2013 ~ Syria News (EN) ~ Two terrorist blasts rock south Beirut, 23 martyrs reported - Beirut -- Two terrorist blasts on Tuesday struck south Beirut near the Iranian Embassy, claiming the lives of 23 people and wounding at least 146 others. Lebanese National News Agency said that security sources suggested that the first explosion was carried out by a suicide bomber who blew himself up in the place, and upon the flowing of citizens and security personnel in charge of protecting the Iranian and Yemeni embassies in the region to inspect what happened, another suicide bomber stormed the place with his car, causing significant damage in lives and properties. The Iranian embassy announced that the Iranian Ambassador, Ghazanfar Roknabadi, was safe.
