KSDY-LD is a low-powered television station owned and operated by International Communications Network Inc. It broadcasts digitally on channel 50 and has FCC license in San Diego, California. It is also affiliated with K09YL.

The station moved to channel 50 to vacate channel 61, which is being phased out; as of 2009 the station has special temporary authority to operate digitally with 15kW on UHF 50 which it began in late 2010.
