Perfect season
A perfect season is a sports season including any requisite playoff portion, in which a team remains undefeated and untied. The feat is extremely rare at the professional level of any team sport, and has occurred more commonly at the collegiate level in the United States. A perfect regular season (known by other names outside the United States) is a season excluding any playoffs, where a team remains undefeated and untied; it is less rare than a complete perfect season but still exceptional.
A perfect season may be part of a multi-season winning streak.
Exhibition games are generally not counted toward standings, for or against. For example, the 1972 Miami Dolphins (below) lost three of their preseason ("exhibition" games in 1972 NFL vernacular) games but still are considered to have had a perfect season.

Since the National Football League began in 1920, only one team has played a complete perfect season (both regular season and playoffs): the 1972 Miami Dolphins, who won their fourteen regular season games and three postseason games, including Super Bowl VII, to finish the season 17–0–0.

St. Anthony Hall
St. Anthony Hall is a national college literary society at elite colleges in the United States of America. The society's chapters go by different names on different campuses, including Saint Anthony Hall, The Order of St. Anthony, the Fraternity of Delta Psi (ΔΨ), St. A's, the Hall and the Number Six Club. St. Anthony Hall's activities foster the social and intellectual development of its undergraduate members by encouraging individual expression and promoting the exchange of ideas by providing a forum for discussion and presentations. The first, or 'Alpha' Chapter was founded at Columbia University on January 17, 1847, which is the feast day of St. Anthony. As of 2015, there are 11 active undergraduate chapters—several have a public literary and arts presence, some resemble traditional campus fraternities, while others are purely secret societies. The organization welcomes this diversity, while allowing each chapter to determine its own identity and membership requirements. Since 1969, five previously all-male chapters have opened to women, three 19th century chapters have been refounded as co-ed, and three chapters have remained all-male—the latter group still recognizing the authority of female national officers. St Anthony Hall was the first formerly white fraternity at both the University of North Carolina (1967) and the University of Mississippi to admit African American members.

The Story Beyond The Still: Fate
A week before 'the Beach' had been announced as winner of chapter 3, a speculative script had been written and was to undergo revision over the next few days. I had already been talking to 3D motion FX studios about the boy's jaw transformation. More than anything, I wanted to put my own stamp on the cabbie story, whilst still having an ending that left it completely open to a continuation or an entirely new story. I also felt I had to remain true to every winning chapter thus far and tie up as many loose ends as I could. How the bear could be under the cabbie's feet in the sand, what happened to the security guard, what's in that house, the significance of the coin find, etc. etc. It was a lot of fun finding ways to mop all that up! A week before 'the Beach' had been announced as winner of chapter 3, a speculative script had been written and was to undergo revision over the next few days. I had already been talking to 3D motion FX studios about the boy's jaw transformation.
More than anything, I wanted to put my own stamp on the cabbie story, whilst still having an ending that left it completely open to a continuation or an entirely new story.
I also felt I had to remain true to every winning chapter thus far and tie up as many loose ends as I could. How the bear could be under the cabbie's feet in the sand, what happened to the security guard, what's in that house, the significance of the coin find, etc. etc. It was a lot of fun finding ways to mop all that up!
I had been grappling with the "what's in the box" question time and time again. But at chapter 4, we should know a little more by now, right? So I figured live human food for the consumption of a wealthy family of sadistic aliens/monsters might just do the trick... It's only a dream afterall... or is it?

Artists Andy Smyth and Brian Kenny have collaborated with the St Patrick’s Festival and Blacklight to create an ambient mixed media installation of video mapping, cinematography, spoken word and live music.
Musician Michael Chang's original and enchanting composition creates haunting melodies over the exciting footwork rhythms of Sean Nos and Flamenco dance.

The Restoration of the pipe organ at Our Lady of Refuge Church is now complete thanks to the help and support from many. NYC Organist Renée Louprette recorded this work on September 6, 2013 at Our Lady of Refuge in Brooklyn. We thank her for taking the time to come and record this work - as her donation to the organ restoration project.
The pipe organ will be played in public for the first time since the restoration on October 18, 2013 at its dedication and blessing. Olivier Latry, one of the world's most celebrated organists, a titular at Notre-Dame Cathedral Paris will play the organ. Before the recital begins Bishop Nicholas Anthony DiMarzio, the Ordinary of Brooklyn, will bless the organ with Father Michael Perry, Pastor of Our Lady of Refuge Church using a catholic French blessing service - in which Olivier Latry will improvise on the organ in between short prayers.

César Franck’s Trois pièces (Fantaisie in A, Cantabile, Pièce Héroïque) were commissioned by Alexandre Guilmant, the great organist, pedagogue, and early music scholar-editor, for a recital at the newly-opened Palais du Trocadero Cavaillé-Coll organ in Paris in 1878. These were Franck’s first substantial organ works since the Six pièces of 1861. Where the Six pièces fulfilled an ecclesiastical function as an outgrowth of Franck’s own improvisations during mass at St. Clotilde in Paris, the Trois pièces were conceived in the new symphonic style pioneered by Charles-Marie Widor and Camille Saint-Saëns. Conceiving these pieces for performance in the concert hall, Franck placed greater emphasis on drawing orchestral effects from the organ. Pièce Héroïque is the unrelenting and triumphant third piece in the collection. Two primary themes—the first rhythmic, the second more melodic—are woven into a rhapsody, giving way to a majestic presentation of the second theme as a choral at the end. This work highlights many particularly beautiful color combinations of stops on the restored Kilgen Organ, Op. 5163, in particular the fonds or foundation stops (principals, flutes, strings), the Harmonic Flute of the Great division, and the powerful reeds.

Impirioso is inspired by the story of Patrizia Reggiani, who is currently serving a jail sentence for the murder of her famous fashion-house husband Maurizio Gucci. But did she do it? Baker's fictionalization follows the sordid life of Luccia Rosso, a luxury-obsessed social climber who married the heir of fashion empire Impirio Rosso. Brought to life by actress Olivia d'Abo (Law and Order, The Wonder Years), Luccia is a woman driven mad by her obsession with Impirio Rosso; her surroundings become increasingly emblazoned with the Impirio Rosso monogram, which we learn in the film, is a gateway to a malevolent curse.
Impirioso is exhibited at Sarah Baker's solo show, January- April 2013, at University of Hertfordshire Gallery at Museum of St. Albans, curated by Matthew Shaul. Impirioso was shot with the University of Hertfordshire Film and Television department led by Howard Berry.

The Story Beyond The Still: Fate
A week before 'the Beach' had been announced as winner of chapter 3, a speculative script had been written and was to undergo revision over the next few days. I had already been talking to 3D motion FX studios about the boy's jaw transformation. More than anything, I wanted to put my own stamp on the cabbie story, whilst still having an ending that left it completely open to a continuation or an entirely new story. I also felt I had to remain true to every winning chapter thus far and tie up as many loose ends as I could. How the bear could be under the cabbie's feet in the sand, what happened to the security guard, what's in that house, the significance of the coin find, etc. etc. It was a lot of fun finding ways to mop all that up! A week before 'the Beach' had been announced as winner of chapter 3, a speculative script had been written and was to undergo revision over the next few days. I had already been talking to 3D motion FX studios about the boy's jaw transformation.
More than anything, I wanted to put my own stamp on the cabbie story, whilst still having an ending that left it completely open to a continuation or an entirely new story.
I also felt I had to remain true to every winning chapter thus far and tie up as many loose ends as I could. How the bear could be under the cabbie's feet in the sand, what happened to the security guard, what's in that house, the significance of the coin find, etc. etc. It was a lot of fun finding ways to mop all that up!
I had been grappling with the "what's in the box" question time and time again. But at chapter 4, we should know a little more by now, right? So I figured live human food for the consumption of a wealthy family of sadistic aliens/monsters might just do the trick... It's only a dream afterall... or is it?

The Restoration of the pipe organ at Our Lady of Refuge Church is now complete thanks to the help and support from many. NYC Organist Renée Louprette recorded this work on September 6, 2013 at Our Lady of Refuge in Brooklyn. We thank her for taking the time to come and record this work - as her donation to the organ restoration project.
The pipe organ will be played in public for the first time since the restoration on October 18, 2013 at its dedication and blessing. Olivier Latry, one of the world's most celebrated organists, a titular at Notre-Dame Cathedral Paris will play the organ. Before the recital begins Bishop Nicholas Anthony DiMarzio, the Ordinary of Brooklyn, will bless the organ with Father Michael Perry, Pastor of Our Lady of Refuge Church using a catholic French blessing service - in which Olivier Latry will improvise on the organ in between short prayers.

César Franck’s Trois pièces (Fantaisie in A, Cantabile, Pièce Héroïque) were commissioned by Alexandre Guilmant, the great organist, pedagogue, and early music scholar-editor, for a recital at the newly-opened Palais du Trocadero Cavaillé-Coll organ in Paris in 1878. These were Franck’s first substantial organ works since the Six pièces of 1861. Where the Six pièces fulfilled an ecclesiastical function as an outgrowth of Franck’s own improvisations during mass at St. Clotilde in Paris, the Trois pièces were conceived in the new symphonic style pioneered by Charles-Marie Widor and Camille Saint-Saëns. Conceiving these pieces for performance in the concert hall, Franck placed greater emphasis on drawing orchestral effects from the organ. Pièce Héroïque is the unrelenting and triumphant third piece in the collection. Two primary themes—the first rhythmic, the second more melodic—are woven into a rhapsody, giving way to a majestic presentation of the second theme as a choral at the end. This work highlights many particularly beautiful color combinations of stops on the restored Kilgen Organ, Op. 5163, in particular the fonds or foundation stops (principals, flutes, strings), the Harmonic Flute of the Great division, and the powerful reeds.

Impirioso is inspired by the story of Patrizia Reggiani, who is currently serving a jail sentence for the murder of her famous fashion-house husband Maurizio Gucci. But did she do it? Baker's fictionalization follows the sordid life of Luccia Rosso, a luxury-obsessed social climber who married the heir of fashion empire Impirio Rosso. Brought to life by actress Olivia d'Abo (Law and Order, The Wonder Years), Luccia is a woman driven mad by her obsession with Impirio Rosso; her surroundings become increasingly emblazoned with the Impirio Rosso monogram, which we learn in the film, is a gateway to a malevolent curse.
Impirioso is exhibited at Sarah Baker's solo show, January- April 2013, at University of Hertfordshire Gallery at Museum of St. Albans, curated by Matthew Shaul. Impirioso was shot with the University of Hertfordshire Film and Television department led by Howard Berry.

On the occasion of the 21st Annual General Meeting of LiveWorkPlay, September 9, 2016 at St. Anthony's Banquet Hall in Ottawa, some 150 supporters came out to conduct the important business of our non-profit corporation and registered charity, as well as to enjoy a meal and each other's company.
We do not typically record our AGM or prepare a video (we have an entirely separate celebration event every May called Make A Buzz Ottawa where we give out awards and recognize our members, employers, community partners, volunteers, and others) but this year we had so much positive feedback about the AGM that we made the video into a one hour highlight movie (the entire meeting was only about 30 minutes longer),
You'll notice right away that this is not typical AGM. We had two standing ovations, and even the report from the auditor received some hoots and hollers! And why not? It takes a village: a combination of paid and unpaid people, groups and individuals, all working together to build a better community.
