This is a secret bonus track from the UK 12" version of "Be Quick Or Be Dead"
So it was only released in the UK in 1992
Bruce Dickinson imitates and makes fun of Maiden manager Rod Smallwood. A similar mockery of Smallwood was released before, as a B-side titled "Sheriff of Huddersfield", which was available in the Wasted Years single.

As we are aware now Iron Maiden vocalist Bruce Dickinson is battling cancer. He has received seven weeks of radiology and chemotherapy treatment for a cancerous tumor on the back of his tongue.
Iron Maiden’s manager Rod Smallwood has given a recent update on Bruce’s condition, stating the Dickinson had experienced a “long period of considerable pain and discomfort,” the good news he revealed was the “prognosis continues to be extremely good and everyone is optimistic for a full recovery.”
Iron Maiden’s Facebook page below stated:
Bruce has asked me to thank everyone for their tremendous support and kind wishes. He has been extremely touched and encouraged by the genuine and affectionate response from our global family of Maiden fans.
Radiology is cumulative and continues to build in the body for around three weeks after treatment, so even though Bruce’s seven week course is completed, he’s had a long period of considerable pain and discomfort. He is happily now starting to recuperate and the pain will continue to abate and the swelling to reduce for the next couple of months at which time he will be able take an MRI scan. It is not until then that we will have full confirmation that the cancer has been completely destroyed. However prognosis continues to be extremely good and everyone is optimistic for a full recovery. Following the scan, we will officially update you on this website at the appropriate time, probably in late May.
After that, it will take a few more months for Bruce to get back to full fitness. Naturally the rest of the band are totally supportive and Maiden’s plans will be determined by Bruce’s progress.

Eddie Rips Up the World Tour was a concert tour by Iron Maiden in 2005 based on bringing back rarities from the first four Iron Maiden albums for the younger audience (Iron Maiden, Killers, The Number of the Beast and Piece of Mind), brought about by the band's 2004 DVD The History of Iron Maiden – Part 1: The Early Days.
The tour saw the band headlining several stadiums and festivals throughout Europe, with the concert at Ullevi Stadium in Gothenburg, Sweden on 9 July being broadcast live in full on both Swedish national television and radio,[2] and co-headlining with Black Sabbath for the majority of the North American Ozzfest tour.
The final date of the US segment of the tour (Hyundai Pavilion in San Bernardino, CA on 20 August 2005) ended on a sour note. Throughout the tour, vocalist Bruce Dickinson reportedly made several comments about reality television,[3] the widespread use of autocue by current bands and the fact that Iron Maiden had headlined several dates of the tour (due to Ozzy Osbourne's illness), to which Osbourne's wife, Sharon, took offence. In retaliation, they placed family friends in the crowd to sabotage Iron Maiden's performance by throwing eggs, bottle tops and lighters from the front of the audience. In addition, the P.A. system was shut off multiple times, cutting off power to Dickinson's microphone and the band's instruments mid-song and members of other bands were recruited to cause further disturbance, such as by running on-stage with an American flag during "The Trooper". The effort to ruin the band's show seemed to have been in vain, however, as the band reportedly played even better as their performance was disrupted. Shortly after Iron Maiden's set, Sharon entered the stage to the unanimous boos from the crowd and stated that, while she loves Iron Maiden, Dickinson is a "prick."
Following the show, Iron Maiden's manager Rod Smallwood issued a statement condemning the incident.

Rod Smallwood, co-manager of the British band Iron Maiden and co-founder in 1976 of then Smallwood-Taylor Enterprises, today Sanctuary Group which is the world's largest music management company. The company was named after the Maiden song by the same name. His business partner is Andy Taylor, whom he met when students at Trinity College, Cambridge.
Prior to managing Iron Maiden, Smallwood managed Steve Harley & Cockney Rebel.
The Iron Maiden b-side "Sheriff of Huddersfield" was written by Iron Maiden about Rod Smallwood, and was released on the 1986 single "Wasted Years". It likens Smallwood to the Sheriff of Nottingham, due to his notorious stinginess with money, and refers to his frequent complaining about a (then recent) move to Los Angeles. Smallwood did not know about the song until the single was released.
The cover of "Bayswater Ain't a Bad Place to Be" (B side from the single "Be Quick or Be Dead" from "Fear of the Dark") also contains Bruce Dickinson's imitation of Rodney.

Paul Bruce Dickinson (born 7 August 1958) is an English singer, songwriter, airline pilot, fencer, broadcaster, author, screenwriter, actor and former marketing director, best known as the lead vocalist of the heavy metal band Iron Maiden.
Dickinson began his career in music fronting small pub bands at school and University, including Styx (not the American band of the same name) in 1976, Speed, (1977–1978), and Shots in early 1979. He then joined the band Samson later in 1979, where he gained some popularity under the stage name, "Bruce Bruce." He left Samson in 1981 to join Iron Maiden as their new vocalist, replacing Paul Di'Anno, and debuting on their 1982 album The Number of the Beast. During his first tenure in the band, they issued a series of high impact releases, resulting in Dickinson gaining worldwide fame, and becoming one of the most acclaimed heavy metal vocalists of all time.
Dickinson quit Iron Maiden in 1993 in order to pursue his solo career, being replaced by Blaze Bayley, which saw him experiment with a wide variety of heavy metal and rock styles. Dickinson rejoined the band in 1999 along with guitarist Adrian Smith, with whom he released four subsequent studio albums. Since his return to Iron Maiden, Dickinson issued one further solo record in 2005, Tyranny of Souls. He is the older cousin of Rob Dickinson, former lead singer of British alternative rock band Catherine Wheel. His son, Austin, is the lead singer in metalcore band Rise to Remain. On 19 July 2011, Dickinson was presented with an honorary music doctorate from Queen Mary College, in honour of his contribution to the music industry.

As we are aware now Iron Maiden vocalist Bruce Dickinson is battling cancer. He has received seven weeks of radiology and chemotherapy treatment for a cancerous tumor on the back of his tongue.
Iron Maiden’s manager Rod Smallwood has given a recent update on Bruce’s condition, stating the Dickinson had experienced a “long period of considerable pain and discomfort,” the good news he revealed was the “prognosis continues to be extremely good and everyone is optimistic for a full recovery.”
Iron Maiden’s Facebook page below stated:
Bruce has asked me to thank everyone for their tremendous support and kind wishes. He has been extremely touched and encouraged by the genuine and affectionate response from our global family of Maiden fans.
Radiology is cumulative and continues to build in the body for around three weeks after treatment, so even though Bruce’s seven week course is completed, he’s had a long period of considerable pain and discomfort. He is happily now starting to recuperate and the pain will continue to abate and the swelling to reduce for the next couple of months at which time he will be able take an MRI scan. It is not until then that we will have full confirmation that the cancer has been completely destroyed. However prognosis continues to be extremely good and everyone is optimistic for a full recovery. Following the scan, we will officially update you on this website at the appropriate time, probably in late May.
After that, it will take a few more months for Bruce to get back to full fitness. Naturally the rest of the band are totally supportive and Maiden’s plans will be determined by Bruce’s progress.

Eddie Rips Up the World Tour was a concert tour by Iron Maiden in 2005 based on bringing back rarities from the first four Iron Maiden albums for the younger audience (Iron Maiden, Killers, The Number of the Beast and Piece of Mind), brought about by the band's 2004 DVD The History of Iron Maiden – Part 1: The Early Days.
The tour saw the band headlining several stadiums and festivals throughout Europe, with the concert at Ullevi Stadium in Gothenburg, Sweden on 9 July being broadcast live in full on both Swedish national television and radio,[2] and co-headlining with Black Sabbath for the majority of the North American Ozzfest tour.
The final date of the US segment of the tour (Hyundai Pavilion in San Bernardino, CA on 20 August 2005) ended on a sour note. Throughout the tour, vocalist Bruce Dickinson reportedly made several comments about reality television,[3] the widespread use of autocue by current bands and the fact that Iron Maiden had headlined several dates of the tour (due to Ozzy Osbourne's illness), to which Osbourne's wife, Sharon, took offence. In retaliation, they placed family friends in the crowd to sabotage Iron Maiden's performance by throwing eggs, bottle tops and lighters from the front of the audience. In addition, the P.A. system was shut off multiple times, cutting off power to Dickinson's microphone and the band's instruments mid-song and members of other bands were recruited to cause further disturbance, such as by running on-stage with an American flag during "The Trooper". The effort to ruin the band's show seemed to have been in vain, however, as the band reportedly played even better as their performance was disrupted. Shortly after Iron Maiden's set, Sharon entered the stage to the unanimous boos from the crowd and stated that, while she loves Iron Maiden, Dickinson is a "prick."
Following the show, Iron Maiden's manager Rod Smallwood issued a statement condemning the incident.
