Fusō, Aichi
Fusō (扶桑町, Fusō-chō) is a town located in Niwa District, Aichi Prefecture, Japan. As of 2012, the town had an estimated population of 33,833 and a population density of 3030 persons per km². The total area was 11.18 km².

Fusō is located in the extreme northeast corner of Aichi Prefecture, bordering on Gifu Prefecture.

Aichi Prefecture
Aichi Prefecture (愛知県, Aichi-ken) is a prefecture of Japan located in the Chūbu region. The region of Aichi is also known as the Tōkai region. The capital is Nagoya. It is the focus of the Chūkyō Metropolitan Area.
History
Originally, the region was divided into the two provinces of Owari and Mikawa. After the Meiji Restoration, Owari and Mikawa were united into a single entity. In 1871, after the abolition of the han system, Owari, with the exception of the Chita Peninsula, was established as Nagoya Prefecture, while Mikawa combined with the Chita Peninsula and formed Nukata Prefecture. Nagoya Prefecture was renamed to Aichi Prefecture in April 1872, and was united with Nukata Prefecture on November 27 of the same year.
The government of Aichi Prefecture is located in the Aichi Prefectural Government Office in Nagoya, which is the old capital of Owari.
The Expo 2005 World Exposition was held in Seto and Nagakute.
Etymology
In the third volume of the Man'yōshū there is a poem by Takechi Kurohito that reads: "The cry of the crane, calling to Sakurada; it sounds like the tide, draining from Ayuchi flats, hearing the crane cry". Ayuchi is the original form of the name Aichi, and the Fujimae tidal flat is all that remains of the earlier Ayuchi-gata. It is now a protected area.

RNA-binding protein FUS/TLS (Fused in Sarcoma/Translocated in Sarcoma) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the FUS gene.
Structure and function
The N-terminal end of FUS appears to be involved in transcriptional activation, while the C-terminal end is involved in protein and RNA binding. In addition recognition sites for the transcription factors AP2, GCF, Sp1 have been identified in FUS.
FUS/TLS is a member of the TET protein family that also includes the EWS protein, the TATA-binding protein (TBP)-associated factor (TAFII68/TAF15) and the Drosophila cabeza/SARF protein.

【Nagoya Castle】
Nagoya Castle is located in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan, and was built by Ieyasu Tokugawa in the early Edo period. It was rebuilt in the mid-Edo period and has undergone many repairs since then.
Nagoya Castle has been designated a National Treasure for its beautifully preserved walls, turrets, and moat. Inside the castle are the castle keep, the Ninomaru Palace, the Sanomaru Palace, and a vast garden, all of which contain many exhibits showing the luxurious life of the warriors of the time.
Nagoya Castle is also known as a representative example of Japanese castle architecture, with its beautifully preserved stone walls, earthen mounds, castle gates, and other structures. Visitors to Nagoya Castle can enjoy the history and culture of the castle, as well as the gorgeous castle interior.
Recently, a number of commercial facilities and historical buildings that recreate the castle town atmosphere have been constructed around Nagoya Castle, making it a popular tourist attraction in Nagoya.
【Atsuta Shrine】
Atsuta Jingu Shrine is located in Atsuta-ku, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan, and is a shiki-nai shrine and the head shrine of all Atsuta Jingu shrines in Japan. Atsuta Jingu Shrine is an ancient shrine with a history of more than 1,900 years, which stretches from ancient times through the Heian Period, Kamakura Period, Sengoku Period, Edo Period, Meiji Period, and up to the present day.
The deities of Atsuta Jingu are Emperor Ojin, Empress Jingu, and Nigihayafume no Mikoto, who is said to have given the sword "Kusanagi no Ken," one of the three sacred weapons. The shrine is home to a hall of worship, a main hall of worship, a number of smaller shrines, and numerous stone monuments and statues, as well as the Yakushido Hall and Aso Daimyojin, a statue of Tokugawa Ieyasu's beloved black dog, Aso Daimyojin.
Atsuta Jingu Shrine is also located in a rich natural setting, with beautiful ponds and gardens within its precincts, allowing visitors to enjoy the changing nature of the seasons. Especially in spring, the shrine is famous for its cherry blossoms, which attract many visitors.
Atsuta Jingu Shrine is visited by many people every year on the third Saturday and Sunday of June, when the Atsuta Festival is held to celebrate the festival of the iris. The Atsuta Festival is a highly prestigious celebration that includes a ritual using iris blossoms, magnificent floats, and a boat procession.

I'm sure some of you may know, that I was temporarily transferred to Aichi prefecture to support the Filipino trainees there since one of the translators had to go on a month long leave, so I covered for her from sept.1 ~ 23, 2020! It was my first time going out of Shimane-ken ALONE (I was always with Marianne and Dyan hihi) and I was going to work with new people I've never met so.. it was super nerve wrecking! but I tried to include a few clips from my 3 week stay there, and compiled it into this vlog! hope you enjoy! lol

1-Day Itinerary from Tokyo to Nagoya
* Ride the Nozomi Shinkansen (bullet train) at 8 AM
* Arrive at JR Nagoya station at around 10 AM
* Leave your bags at the hotel (Sotetsu Fresa Inn Nagoya Sakuradoriguchi)
* Visit the Kiyosu Castle & enjoy the relaxing scenery
* Take a break at the nearby souvenir store + mini cafe area
* Collect the castle stamp at Kiyosu Castle
* Go to SCMaglev & Railway Park (please check if they’re open before visiting)
* Have a break at Cafe Gentiane (JR Nagoya Station) & try the Piyorin dessert set
* Shop at Donguri Republic (Ghibli Store) located at JR Gate Tower 1F
* Shop at the Disney store (in front of Donguri Republic)
* Have dinner at Misokatsu Yabaton (Meitetsu Department Store 9F)

【Nagoya Castle】
Nagoya Castle is located in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan, and was built by Ieyasu Tokugawa in the early Edo period. It was rebuilt in the mid-Edo period and has undergone many repairs since then.
Nagoya Castle has been designated a National Treasure for its beautifully preserved walls, turrets, and moat. Inside the castle are the castle keep, the Ninomaru Palace, the Sanomaru Palace, and a vast garden, all of which contain many exhibits showing the luxurious life of the warriors of the time.
Nagoya Castle is also known as a representative example of Japanese castle architecture, with its beautifully preserved stone walls, earthen mounds, castle gates, and other structures. Visitors to Nagoya Castle can enjoy the history and culture of the castle, as well as the gorgeous castle interior.
Recently, a number of commercial facilities and historical buildings that recreate the castle town atmosphere have been constructed around Nagoya Castle, making it a popular tourist attraction in Nagoya.
【Atsuta Shrine】
Atsuta Jingu Shrine is located in Atsuta-ku, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan, and is a shiki-nai shrine and the head shrine of all Atsuta Jingu shrines in Japan. Atsuta Jingu Shrine is an ancient shrine with a history of more than 1,900 years, which stretches from ancient times through the Heian Period, Kamakura Period, Sengoku Period, Edo Period, Meiji Period, and up to the present day.
The deities of Atsuta Jingu are Emperor Ojin, Empress Jingu, and Nigihayafume no Mikoto, who is said to have given the sword "Kusanagi no Ken," one of the three sacred weapons. The shrine is home to a hall of worship, a main hall of worship, a number of smaller shrines, and numerous stone monuments and statues, as well as the Yakushido Hall and Aso Daimyojin, a statue of Tokugawa Ieyasu's beloved black dog, Aso Daimyojin.
Atsuta Jingu Shrine is also located in a rich natural setting, with beautiful ponds and gardens within its precincts, allowing visitors to enjoy the changing nature of the seasons. Especially in spring, the shrine is famous for its cherry blossoms, which attract many visitors.
Atsuta Jingu Shrine is visited by many people every year on the third Saturday and Sunday of June, when the Atsuta Festival is held to celebrate the festival of the iris. The Atsuta Festival is a highly prestigious celebration that includes a ritual using iris blossoms, magnificent floats, and a boat procession.

Oh! hey! I feel like it's been so long since I last vlogged 🌝 but! Yay for a new one lol! I'm sure some of you may know, that I was temporarily transferred to Aichi prefecture to support the Filipino trainees there since one of the translators had to go on a month long leave, so I covered for her from sept.1 ~ 23, 2020! It was my first time going out of Shimane-ken ALONE (I was always with Marianne and Dyan hihi) and I was going to work with new people I've never met so.. it was super nerve wrecking! but I tried to include a few clips from my 3 week stay there, and compiled it into this vlog! hope you enjoy! lol

Fusō (扶桑町, Fusō-chō) is a town located in Niwa District, Aichi Prefecture, Japan. As of 2012, the town had an estimated population of 33,833 and a population density of 3030 persons per km². The total area was 11.18 km².

Fusō is located in the extreme northeast corner of Aichi Prefecture, bordering on Gifu Prefecture.
