Norway's natural gas exports to continental Europe fell during the spring and summer of 2010 and 2011 ›

Norway was the second largest exporter of natural gas in the world in 2010, behind only Russia; it provided about 18% of the total natural gas consumed in Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Europe. Norwegian exports to its primary European destinations fell during the spring and summer in both 2010 and 2011, but the decline was far larger in 2011, especially to the United Kingdom, according to Bentek Energy pipeline flow data. More
