The Poetry Translation Centre translates contemporary poetry from Africa, Asia and Latin America. To date we've translated poems written in 20 languages - from Arabic to Zapotec - through innovative collaborations between translators and poets, including: Jo Shapcott, Sean O'Brien, Lavinia Greenlaw, W.N. Herbert, Mimi Khalvati, Katherine Pierpoint, Mark Ford, Jane Duran, Carole Satyamurti and Sarah Maguire. We also organise tours, run poetry translation workshops, and produce chapbooks and podcasts.

The trAce International Online Writing Community is a pioneering project designed to benefit writers and readers around the world. trAce aims to provide a place for discussion, workshopping, and debate, where new writing in all its variety will be a natural product of the continual interaction and exchange which only cyberspace can provide.

A national organisation whose objective is to support creative writing at all levels. It currently has around 200 members, the majority of whom are (for want of a better term) enthusiastic amateurs.
Annual subscription is £10.00, to which can be added either £5.00 to cover all postages, or the monthly supply of two stamped (39p) addressed, A5 size, envelopes, for the newsletter and "Partial Eclipse", the monthly magazine which contains the monthly competition-winning pieces - optional purchase at £1.00 a copy. There is also an optional quarterly magazine, "Eclipse", which contains some of the better of members' work.
