What is the retail price of the Advertiser and Sunday Mail?

Mon - Fri: $1.10 Saturday: $1.80 Sunday: $1.80

How much is the home delivery fee?

Home delivery fees range from $0.25 to $0.90 per week for metro customers depending on the quantity and days the paper is delivered. The price for country customers ranges from $0.40 to $1.00 per week.

Who do I contact for queries regarding my home delivery and newspaper subscription?

Please call our Subscriber Helpline on 1300 306 996. Alternatively, you can email circulation@adv.newsltd.com.au and one of our consultants will respond to your email.

What time will my newspaper be delivered?

We will endeavour to deliver your newspaper by 6.00am on weekdays and by 6.30am on weekends.

What happens if my newspaper is not delivered for some reason?

Please call our Subscriber Helpline on 1300 306 996 and we will investigate the issue. If you call prior to 9am on the day that paper is missed we will endeavour to provide another paper for you that morning. If you call after 9am on the day that the paper is missed we will adjust your subscription account for the missed paper.

I live in a unit or apartment, where will my paper be delivered?

For customers living in apartments and where there is no security then usually in the foyer of the building. If it is a security building it will depend on what access arrangements can be made with the body corporate. If access is a problem the newspaper may be left in the letterbox. For customers living in units, papers are usually delivered behind the communal letter box. Please contact us for further information.

How will my newspaper be delivered?

Your newspaper will be either rolled or flat within plastic wrap to ensure that it is in good condition when it comes time for you to read it.

Can I have the paper placed in my letterbox or on my doorstep?

The newsagent is obligated to deliver the paper onto your property but will do their best to provide it in an easily accessible spot. Please keep in mind that the newsagent will be delivering your paper directly from their vehicle.

What happens if I go on holiday?

Simply contact us at least 48 hours prior to leaving. If you are going interstate or overseas we will suspend your delivery and you will not be charged for these days. Please note that if you go on holidays within South Australia, you may be able to redirect your delivery to your holiday destination within normal home delivery areas.

What happens if I move house?

Please call our Subscriber Helpline on 1300 306 996 at least 48 hours prior to moving. Alternatively, you can email circulation@adv.newsltd.com.au and we will transfer your delivery to your new address within normal home delivery areas.

What do I do if I am having problems with my account?

What hours does the Subscriber Helpline operate?

Weekdays; 7:30am - 5:30pm

Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays; 7:30am - 11am

Outside these hours you can leave a voice mail message. We will endeavour to get back to you within 48 hours of receiving the voice mail.

What ways can I pay for my home delivery?

There are many payment options available for newspaper subscriptions. VISA and MasterCard credit card and debit card deductions are available. We also have invoice options which can be paid;

In person at our News Shop at 31 Waymouth St, Adelaide (cash, debit card or credit card)
By mail (cheque or money order)
BPay
Over the phone through our Subscriber Helpline 1300 306 996 (credit or debit card)
At a local cash payment point, call 1300 306 996 to find your closest pay point location (cash only)

You can also get the Herald Sun, Daily Telegraph, Courier Mail, The Sportsman and The Special Sportsman delivered via Advertiser Newspapers. Call our Subscriber Helpline on 1300 306 996 to arrange a subscription for these publications.
