Group Tour Policies

Qualification for a group rate is a minimum of 15 people.
All groups must book 1 week in advance to receive the group rate.
Numbers will be confirmed upon arrival (if not dining on site or booking a package).
Group Tour prices are available January 1 to December 31.
Prices are quoted in Canadian currency and include all applicable taxes.
Fair exchange is always given on U.S. currency.
A credit application must be received and accepted prior to having invoicing privileges.

Confirmation Policies

Guided and Lunch Tours.
24 hours notice of cancellation must be given or full payment of catering order and a $50 administration fee will apply.
Final numbers must be given 48 hours in advance.

Outdoor Gardens
Final numbers must be given 48 hours in advance.
Guided Tours: Failure to cancel a booking will result in a $50 "no show" fee.

Restaurants
Final numbers must be given 48 hours in advance.
Meal site determined by menu selection and confirmed number of passengers.

Day-Trip Packages
Final numbers must be given 4 days in advance.

Complimentary Policies

One complimentary admission and meal (if dining on site) provided for every 20 paid persons. Applicable to group leader, professional escort/driver only.
