Redress rights

Last updated: 4 weeks ago

Our Professional Community Policies apply to all members. Members posting jobs must also follow our Jobs Policies and members posting ads must also follow our Ads Policies. Depending on the severity of violation, we may limit the visibility of certain content, label it, or remove it entirely. Repeated or egregious offenses may result in account restriction. When we take action on your content or your account, we generally send you a notice explaining our decision and giving you the opportunity to submit an appeal if you believe such action was in error. You may appeal each decision only once.

If you are in the European Union, you may also have the right to select an out-of-court dispute settlement body that has been certified in accordance with the Digital Services Act to resolve any dispute you have about our decision. The European Commission will publish a list of certified bodies on its website. You may also have the right to seek a judicial remedy.
