The Rustic Chef Martin Dawkins, will be bringing over two decades of culinary experience to our very own Tallship! Catch him on the Thalassa for a live cooking demo on either Sunday 15th Sep or Sunday 22nd Sep, where he will take you on a foodie adventure, where each dish tells a story of dedication, passion and love. He aims to inspire visitors with his take on healthy, tasty dishes, created with local ingredients. Join him at 12pm or 2pm aboard Thalassa.
