What is Samsung Rewards?
Samsung Rewards is a loyalty program which rewards our customers simply by purchasing products through our online store and app.
There are 2 Reward levels - Rewards and Rewards+.
When you join, you'll benefit straight away from free delivery, bonus offers and discounts, and will earn Rewards points to spend on samsung.com.
If you spend £3,000 or over within 2 years of joining the program you'll be promoted to our exclusive Rewards+ memberhip level to receive advanced benefits. To stay at the Rewards+, all you'll need to do is to spend £3,000 within a 2 year rolling time period.
How do I register for Samsung Rewards?
If you set up a Samsung Account after 5th July 2023, you would have been automatically enrolled onto Samsung Rewards. This means that there's nothing you need to do - you can start benefitting from Rewards straight away.
If you set up your Samsung Account before the 5th July 2023, you would have needed to opt to join Samsung Rewards during check out on samsung.com, at samsung.com/uk/rewards or through Samsung Members.

How is my Rewards level set?

Only purchases made on our online store or app after joining Samsung Rewards will be eligible for Samsung Rewards points.
If you set up a Samsung Account after 5th July 2023, you would have been automatically enrolled onto Samsung Rewards. If you set up your Samsung Account before the 5th July 2023, you would have needed to opt to join Samsung Rewards.

I made a Samsung purchase from somewhere else, can my purchase get included for my Rewards+ membership status?
Only purchases made on Samsung.com or via the Shop App are considered towards your Rewards+ membership status.
I am now eligible for Rewards+ account, how long will it take for this to change?
Rewards+ eligiblity is checked on a monthly basis and will consider all purchases made over the previous 24 months that have passed the cooling off period. If the purchase isn't included one month, then it will be considered the following month.
Where can I check my Rewards level?
You can check your Reward points and account level by logging into your account at any time and visiting My Page at samsung.com/uk/mypage/rewards.
If I am eligible for Rewards+, how long will I keep these benefits?
You will receive Rewards+ benefits for 24 months when your status will be reviewed. To stay at the Rewards+ level, you need to have spent £3,000 on samsung.com or the Shop App within the previous 24 months.

What happens to my reward points if I cancel or return an order?
Your Samsung rewards level and points will be reviewed every month based on your purchases from our online store. If you cancel or return an order, the equivalent reward points will not be added to your Rewards account and will not be taken into account for eligibility to the Rewards+.
My last purchase is not showing in my Samsung Rewards account. What should I do?

Can I give my Reward points to friends and family?
Samsung Rewards points can only be earned and redeemed from the Samsung account the purchase was made from, and are not transferrable.
I'd like to opt out of Samsung Rewards. How do I do this?
If you'd like to opt out of the Samsung Rewards program, then please follow the process below:
1. Go to https://privacy.samsung.com
2. Click on My Data at the top of the page or scroll down to Your Rights and Protections and click on Go to My Data
3. Sign in using your Samsung Account details
4. Go to the Deletion section in Manage apps and Services. Select Samsung Rewards and confirm the deletion request.
1. Pre-registration to Samsung Rewards and Samsung account required. Customers must be logged into their Samsung Account during purchase check out. Purchase an eligible product from Samsung.com between 07/02/24 and 5/03/24 to earn up to £150 extra in Rewards points. These will be automatically applied to your account 14 days after order completion. Rewards Points will be valid for 36 months from the date they are added to your Samsung account. Please see https://www.samsung.com/uk/samsung-ce-rewards for list of eligible products, corresponding rewards points and full terms and conditions.
