• Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI)
  A federal program providing CSI funds to LEAs to develop and implement school plans to improve student outcomes. (SACS Resource Code: 3182)
• Title I - Parts A and D
  A federal program to ensure that all children have a fair, equal, and significant opportunity to obtain a high-quality education and reach, at a minimum, proficiency on challenging state academic achievement standards and state academic assessments. (SACS Resource Codes: 3010, 3025)
• Title II, Part A - Supporting Effective Instruction
  A federal program that increases student academic achievement through strategies such as improving teacher and principal quality and increasing the number of highly qualified teachers in the classroom and highly qualified principals and assistant principals in schools. (SACS Resource Code: 4035)
• Title III - Language Instruction for English Learners (EL) and Language Instruction for Immigrant Students
  A federal program to provide supplementary programs and services to assist EL and immigrant students in achieving grade-level and graduation standards, as well as assisting EL students with acquiring English. (SACS Resource Codes: 4203, 4201)
• Title IV, Part A, Student Support and Academic Enrichment
  A federal program to increase capacity to provide all students with access to a well-rounded education, improve conditions for student learning, and improve use of technology to improve the academic achievement and digital literacy of all students. (SACS Resource Code: 4127)
• Title V, Part B, Subpart 2 - Rural and Low-Income Schools
  A federal program for rural education agencies with 20 percent or more of the pupils from families below the poverty line. This program was formerly Title VI, Part B, Subpart 2, under the No Child Left Behind Act. (SACS Resource Codes: 4126, 5810)

• Assistance for Homeless Children and Youth Program (AHCY)
  The purpose of the Assistance for Homeless Children and Youth program is to support the provision of immediate services or assistance to local educational agencies (LEAs) impacted by the California wildfires in 2017. (SACS Resource Code: 5810)
• Immediate Aid to Restart School Operations Program (Restart)
  The purpose of the Immediate Aid to Restart School Operations Program (Restart) is to assist local educational agencies (LEAs) and non-public schools with expenses related to the restart of elementary and secondary schools in areas where a major disaster or emergency was declared related to the consequences of Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and/or Maria or the California Wildfires in 2017. • Project School Emergency Response to Violence (Project SERV)
  Federal funding used to provide education related services in which the learning environment was disrupted due to a traumatic crisis or violent event that impacted teaching and learning. (SACS Resource Code: 5653)
• Temporary Emergency Impact Aid for Displaced Students Program (Emergency Impact Aid)
  The Emergency Impact Aid program provides funding to local educational agencies that provided instructional opportunities for displaced students who enrolled in their schools as a result of the October and December 2017 wildfires in northern California, and for expenses the LEAs incurred in serving those displaced students. • County Safe Schools for All
  State funding to each County Office of Education (COE) in support of the Safe Schools for All program for the purpose of strengthening local efforts for the reopening and operation of schools providing in-person instruction as established in Sec 7 of Assembly Bill (AB) 86 (Ch 10, Statutes of 2021). • COVID-19 LEA Response Funds (Senate Bill 117)
  State funding provided to local educational agencies to be used for costs associated with maintaining nutrition services, cleaning and disinfecting facilities, personal protective equipment, and materials necessary to provide opportunities for distance learning. (SACS Resource Code: 7388)
• COVID-19 Mitigation for Counties
  State funding in support of the COVID Mitigation for County Offices of Education for the purpose of supporting in-person instruction as established in Sec 153 of AB 130 (Ch 44, Statutes of 2021). (SACS Resource Code: 7430)
• COVID-19 Supplemental Funding for Regional Occupational Centers and Programs
  State funding is provided to career technical education regional occupational centers or programs operated by a joint powers authority for purpose of providing in-person instruction as specified in Section 139 of Assembly Bill 130 (Chapter 44, 2021). (SACS Resource Code: 7431)
• ESSER I (CARES Act, Section 18003)
  Federal funding provided to LEAs to address the impact that Novel Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) has had, and continues to have, on elementary and secondary schools. (SACS Resource Code: 3210)
• ESSER II (CRSSA Act, Section 313(b))
  Federal funding to LEAs through Section 313(b) of the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER II) Fund, to address the impact of COVID-19 on elementary and secondary schools. (SACS Resource Code: 3212)
• ESSER III (ARP Act, Section 2001)
  Federal funding to LEAs through Section 2001 of the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER III) Fund, to address the impact of COVID-19 on elementary and secondary schools. (SACS Resource Codes: 3213, 3214)
• Expanded Learning Opportunities Grants (ARP Act. Section 2001 and CRRSA Act, Sections 313 (b))

• Expanded Learning Opportunities Grants (Assembly Bill 86)

• Homeless Children and Youth II (ARP Act Section 2001(b))
  Federal funding to help local educational agencies identify homeless children and youth, provide wraparound services that address the multiple effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on homeless children and youth, and ensure that homeless children and youth are able to attend school and participate fully in school activities. • In-Person Instruction and Expanded Learning Opportunities Grants (State Funding)
  State funding provided to local educational agencies and state special schools to assist with offering in-person instruction, and to expand in-person instruction time, provide academic interventions and accelerate progress to close learning gaps. (SACS Resource Codes: 7422, 7426)
• Learning Loss Mitigation Funding (CARES Act)
  Federal and state funding provided to LEAs for activities that directly support pupil academic achievement and mitigate learning loss related to COVID-19 school closures. Fund sources include Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act: Governor's Emergency Education Relief (GEER), Section 18002; CARES Act: Coronavirus Relief Fund, Section 5001; and General Fund. • Classified School Employee Professional Development Block Grant
  One-time funds to be used for any purpose described in Education Code Section 45391, with first priority being for professional development for the implementation of school safety plans, as set forth in Education Code Section 32280. (SACS Resource Code: 7311)
• College Readiness Block Grant
  Funding to provide California high school pupils, particularly unduplicated pupils, additional supports to increase the number who enroll at institutions of higher education and complete an undergraduate degree within four years. (SACS Resource Code: 7338)
• Low-Performing Students Block Grant
  The Low-Performing Students Block Grant (LPSBG) provides funds for local educational agencies serving students identified as low-performing on state English language arts or mathematics assessments, who are not otherwise identified for supplemental grant funding under the Local Control Formula, or eligible for special education services. • Online K-12 Curriculum Resources for History-Social Science
  Funding for the San Francisco Unified School District to contract with the California Historical Society, in partnership with the California History-Social Science Project, to create a free online K-12 curriculum for History-Social Science. (SACS Resource Code: 7810)
• Proposition 39 - California Clean Energy Jobs Act
  A state program providing funding to local educational agencies for improving energy efficiency and creating clean energy jobs. (SACS Resource code: 6230)
• School Facility Projects - One-Time Funding
  One-time funding provided in the annual Budget Package to support specified facility projects. (SACS Resource Code: 7810)
• Southern California Regional Occupational Center
  Funding is provided to the Southern California Regional Occupational Center to assist in the transition to a fully fee-supported funding model as the local control funding formula reaches full implementation. (SACS Resource Code: 0000)
• Standardized Account Code Structure (SACS) System Replacement Project
  Funding is awarded to the Kern County Superintendent of Schools, the county office of education selected to partner with the California Department of Education, in support of replacing the Standardized Account Code Structure (SACS) system. (SACS Resource Code: 7810)
