How any system or organization can be ever cleaned without there being the first priority for cleaning up at the top level of people responsible and only asking few of them (who need to be cleaned first?) to clean up the organization and system simply by cleaning out of their selected juniors of choices ( who might not be a puppet in their hand?), but always leaving aside all the time to self and their close associates, those are mainly accountable and owners of such failures.

SAFETY WEEK IN THE HOUSE!! #embracingeveryvoice Embracing every voice creates an environment where every team member feels valued and heard. When people feel their voice is heard, employee morale and engagement improve, teams are more productive and a variety of perspectives are brought into the conversation. In contrast, if people do not feel heard, they are substantially less likely to bring forth concerns, which then directly correlates to decreased morale and productivity. We embrace every voice with open communication, active listening, communicating concerns, encouraging engagement, and conducting follow-ups #thisishowwelead #leadingbyexample #leadersneedsateam A team is a reflection of its leader.
Our 800 F Street NW project held a Safety Stand Down yesterday to encourage and welcome new ideas. At GCS-SIGAL, every individual is responsible for on-site safety. We must cultivate a positive environment, inspiring new ideas that contribute to safe outcomes, and listen to all suggestions to improve safety across jobsites. By fostering a safety-first culture, welcoming new ideas, and sharing past experiences, we can ensure that all workers return home safely each day. #ConstructionSafetyWeek #EncourageListenEmpower #ConstructionSafety

Employees should want to be safe not because we tell them to be or OSHA says its the Law Lets make it a Behavior
😀 FOOD FOR THOUGHT *How can companies ensure that they maintain a culture of safety beyond Safety Week? * In what ways can Safety Week be used to educate young children about the importance of safety? *What innovative technologies can be used to improve safety measures in the workplace during Safety Week and beyond? *How can communities come together during Safety Week to promote safety in public spaces like parks and playgrounds? * What role does mental and emotional well-being play in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment during Safety Week and beyond?

Trust is built over time, how does it happen? ….. Not through grand gestures but by small acts over time that build into a feeling… Today we had a staff CPD on the River Lune. Although we often paddle on Windermere, looking after groups, together, as a team we have never paddled a river together. For some of us, it has been a long time since we were on moving water in that way. The trust was there right from the start. We trusted each other to look out for everyone. On rapids where we needed safety, we trusted people to put themselves into a position that matched their ability. If some wanted to portage then help was given, often before it was asked for. Kayakers pointed out suitable routes for canoeists. The canoeists provided great refuelling platforms. The trust that we had in each other was built over time, by showing up for each other in small ways. Helping to move and putting away kit, making tea and coffee for people, being curious about how we each deliver sessions, being on time to set up at the start of the day, making sure people can leave when they need to, willing to negotiate resources, asking how we can help and crosswords at lunch time. What can sometimes seem like small actions can build up over time to create that feeling of trust. What small acts do you notice build trust in your team? Today we paddled, we ran rapids and some us swam…. We had fun. #trust #team #cpd Brathay Trust
