    We did it!!! 🎉🏃♂️🚴♂️ A crazy project at the start and just as crazy at the finish: on April 17th, 100 days away from Paris 2024, the finish of the Danone Champions Tour took place! 50 days ago, our gigantic sports relay of over 4,800 km across France set off, mobilizing 1,000 Danone employees from 23 different sites. The goal? To share a clear message: a healthier society is within reach if everyone integrates a balanced diet and regular physical activity into their daily lives. This arrival is another milestone towards the 100 days that separate us from the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Thank you to all the danoners that took part, but also to their supporters in the 1,200 municipalities crossed! #ChampionsForLife

But what makes us even more pleased is the quality of this growth: our VOLUME/MIX growth is POSITIVE for the second quarter in a row, with all of our categories contributing! We are on track to deliver on our ambition: creating long-term value and sustainable growth, in the DANONE WAY.     I’m pleased to share that Danone announced our Q1 business results today, further delivering on our Renew strategy. Globally, our Q1 net sales were €6.8 billion, up +4.1% on a like-for-like basis with positive volume/mix across all categories. This is a good start to the year – and it is due entirely to the work and dedication of our teams across the world. Our Dairy and Plant-based (EDP) business teams drove growth at +3.0% with another balanced quarter of delivery including +0.8% volume/mix. In North America, we delivered a solid Q1 with like-for-like sales growth of +2.5%, sustained volume/mix led growth and net sales of $1.9 billion (€1.7 billion). This result was again led by some of our biggest brands and consistent growth drivers – with International Delight, Oikos and SToK leading the results. In Latin America, our team drove +4.1% growth — with broad based category growth led by Bonafont and our high protein dairy platform.
