Today and every day, we believe that all moms deserve to be celebrated and supported. About 44% of young women, ages 18-25, who face homelessness report being a parent or pregnant. Last year, our nonprofit partner Covenant House International served 387 children being raised by 314 young parents. At this year's Covenant House Mother's Day events, Shutterfly and Lifetouch photographers partnered together to help capture memories celebrating young mothers and mom-to-be, with prints and photo keepsakes to help them cherish this special moment in time. Events took place across the country in New York City, New Jersey, New Orleans and Alaska. Through Covenant House and our partners, we build a bridge to hope for young people facing homelessness and survivors of trafficking through unconditional love, absolute respect, and relentless support. Supporting each other and celebrating our team’s success is an important part of the work we do every day at Shutterfly. One way we do this is through our Maximum Aperture recognition program and last week, our 2022 Top Shot Award winners and leaders gathered to celebrate their outstanding achievements.     We’re thrilled to share the winners of our 2022 Maximum Aperture Awards: Erin Weir and the Lifetouch Accelerated Image Delivery Team.     Erin, Sr. Manager of Partnership Marketing, was instrumental in leading her team to achieving their Q4 new customer goal, and closing the quarter well above forecast.
