Early in February our company joined together in San Diego for #CordialTKO. We heard vision, we dove into data, we listened to customer stories, but my favorite moment? Our Ladies of Cordial Breakfast. While things change, so many remain the same. It can be tough to be a female in in the workplace. We have made so much progress, but I still hear stories that sound like they are from decades ago vs months ago. I continue to be thankful that Cordial sets aside time and resources to allow the females of our company time to connect and gather. From Taylor Swift to conversations on leadership to Love is Blind to mentorship this community is truly unique and fabulous.
