Ask yourself the below each morning, as you spend at least 5-10 minutes with yourself, enjoying a warm drink or simply soaking in some peaceful, quiet moments: -> How Do I feel? -> Is there anything that's weighing my mind? Do I need to dedicate time to deal with this or is this noise that I need to filter out with mindfulness? -> What do I need to accomplish ? -> What do I need to give/offer/provide to other(s)? -> How will I take care of myself through it all? A few minutes of introspection and just being with these thoughts, brings me an immense lot of clarity, peace, focus, and a very clear idea on what my priorities are, and what the counter-productive baggage is.
