While I agree that we should understand the differences in different generations, I strongly believe that we have common belief and language not depending on generations. It is fine to understand the differences but we don’t need to pay too much attentions to have the same opinions. Rather, it is more important to express your respect to other generations and provide different perspectives to those in the different generations.

I quite agree with this opinion that we should respect generation differences and foster culture of mutual respect. It helps to creat diversified opinions which leads to creativity which enhances the strength of society as a whole. Be honest to yourself and open to the others. I think you can customize your message by keeping in mind the preferences of both generations. Avoiding too much technical jargon and keeping the messages plain and simple does help in the point of the message across both generations effectively.
