The Highlands Ranch Community Association (HRCA) is a nationally award-winning nonprofit organization for over 30,151 home owners in Highlands Ranch. The HRCA maintains four state-of-the art recreation facilities, provides architectural control and covenant enforcement, programs youth and adult fitness programs and educational opportunities, manages the Backcountry Wilderness Area, and hosts over 100 community events per year. The HRCA strives to build the lifestyle that you want to live so that Highlands Ranch will continue to be a great place to live, work, and play.

  • Highlands Ranch Community Association (HRCA) takes safety very seriously! Last week nearly 350 employees attended HRCA's Annual Safety Meetings. These meetings are required for staff to attend either in-person or virtually and outlines: -Raising safety awareness to all staff -Allowing staff to ask questions or raise safety concerns -Outlines the dedication of HRCA to its staff's safety and well-being -Fulfills annual safety training to staff as part of the HRCA’s comprehensive safety program -Fulfills insurance company and risk management’s request for annual training -Incorporates all of the elements of OSHA annual training subjects -Maintains and strengthen the HRCA culture of safety Thank you to our internal staff for creating entertaining and educational videos that presented the content in a fun format!

  • Highlands Ranch Community Scholarship Fund is a 501(c)3 organization that has been instrumental in providing post-secondary education scholarships in Highlands Ranch, as well as scholarships to students with special needs. Since its inception, HRCSF has awarded: · 428 scholarships · $715,500 in post-secondary education scholarships. · The program has supported 220 families · The program has supported 600 individual participants. Last night, the HRCA board had the pleasure of celebrating the 2024 recipients who have worked diligently to maintain their grades while being an active and positive contributor within their community.   • This week, all Highlands Ranch Community Association (HRCA) staff were treated to an employee appreciation lunch by our fantastic board. The HRCA Board arranged visits from Still Smokin' and Woodhill Small Batch BBQ food trucks at each of our four recreation centers. Big thanks to the HRCA Board (Jim Allen, Monica Wasden, Dan DeBacco, Melissa Park) for filling our hearts and bellies and making HRCA recreation centers and events the best in the state!
