This month, as we recognize and celebrate Black History Month, Wendy’s Black Employee Resource Group (WeBERG) has several events planned to support their mission to create a sense of belonging and nurture meaningful points of connections across the Wendy’s community. To kick things off, VP, Enterprise Technology Stephanie Shaw will host a discussion with Rasheeda Clark, President of Flynn Restaurant Group's Wendy's business, about the importance of leveraging an inclusive mindset to drive business results. WeBERG will also host other opportunities throughout February to experience and learn more about Black history, culture and cuisine.
