Women supporting women at the highest level. In a powerful and iconic moment at the Paris Olympics, Simone Biles and Jordan Chiles bowed down to gold medallist Rebeca Andrade after the women's floor final. This act of respect and admiration highlights the strength, unity, and mutual support among these incredible athletes. As Simone said, 'Rebeca's so amazing, she's a queen.' This all-Black podium not only marks a historic achievement in gymnastics but also underscores the importance of uplifting each other. How can we bring this spirit of unity and support into our businesses and workplaces to foster women's leadership and collaboration?
