With members from a variety of backgrounds including working professionals and retirees, senior executives and entry-level employees, community enthusiasts, avid volunteers, and everything in-between, MDWA provides a welcoming environment for all women who desire personal growth and development. In a powerful and iconic moment at the Paris Olympics, Simone Biles and Jordan Chiles bowed down to gold medallist Rebeca Andrade after the women's floor final. This act of respect and admiration highlights the strength, unity, and mutual support among these incredible athletes. As Simone said, 'Rebeca's so amazing, she's a queen.' This all-Black podium not only marks a historic achievement in gymnastics but also underscores the importance of uplifting each other. How can we bring this spirit of unity and support into our businesses and workplaces to foster women's leadership and collaboration?

Each business owner had an opportunity to present to our esteemed panel of judges, who then in turn, were able to ask each finalist some questions. It's a hard decision!
