As the week comes to an end, so does an incredible and immersive few days of #TidalBySpring. Our inaugural event left our attendees feeling connected, inspired, and motivated to keep #breakingbarriers in #mentalhealth for their people and organizations. Robin Lloyd, Chief Product Officer, sat down with Elizabeth Finkle, MPH, CHES, TEDx Speaker, Wellbeing Leader at Wawa, Inc., to discuss mental health equity and how her team meets with front-line workers to understand the context of their day-to-day experiences, and uses that knowledge to train and equip managers to handle difficult moments with grace and openness. As Tidal came to an end, CEO and Co-Founder of Spring Health April Koh shared the stage with Lori Gottlieb, a renowned psychotherapist and The New York Times best selling author of “Maybe You Should Talk to Someone,” to discuss her vast experience in mental health and how workplaces need to support their employees. Some of the best themes and insights from these sessions? 💚 People have lived whole lives before coming to your organization—honor them and what they have been through. 📈 The best organizations are up-skilling their workforce for career growth. The same approach needs to be taken and scaled to increase emotional intelligence within your employee population. Spring Health makes this possible with net-positive ROI.  🗺 “An insight is rendered useless until you take it out of the room and use it in the world.” So take it out into the world. We are incredibly grateful to our attendees who made the time and energy to join us this week when they could’ve been elsewhere. To our incredible team who put this together, thank you for the gift of this experience. Keep an eye out for news about #TidalBySpring 2025 here on LinkedIn. Catch you on the next wave 🌊

Kevin Fagan has been a journalist at the San Francisco Chronicle for 31 years. He writes what he knows—about homelessness. He was tossed out of his home when he was 16, and has been on his own since then.
“That sets a template for you early when you're a young person,” Kevin says. “I still do have the vestige of the feeling that the trap door in my life is always 6 feet ahead of me, and I'm going to fall to the gutter. This instills some fear, but instills some confidence. Context is everything in life.” We’re honored to be a part of Kevin’s mental health journey and share his powerful story as part of our work with Hearst Newspapers. It’s member stories like these that keep us laser-focused on our mission to eliminate every barrier to mental health. #mentalhealth #springhealth #workplacewellness #journalism #hearst

The team at Nuvance Health had specific requirements when working with their consultants at Aon to find a mental health solution. The solution needed to fight stigma, support children and teenage dependents, improve access and speed to care, and provide inclusive services for #neurodiverse employees. A year ago, we were honored to become the partner that could check those boxes and more, offering comprehensive support for members and their families. Check out the case study to learn how we increased their employee engagement by 30% within the first 12 months: https://lnkd.in/gzPH8hae #mentalhealthbenefits #workplacewellness #casestudy

Mental health equity is the state in which everyone has a fair and just opportunity to reach their highest level of mental health and emotional well-being. (CDC) True equity cannot be achieved by just one person—or one organization—alone. It’s a collaborative effort that takes time and shared purpose. We envision a brighter and more equitable future for all, eliminating barriers to mental health care. We’ll explore this topic in depth at Tidal, a transformative, two-day event in Encinitas, CA.
