While a relatively new face around the WC+A water cooler, Bea Ignacio has been instrumental in keeping the chaos at bay and our employees' sanity intact, skillfully overseeing anything and everything we put on her plate with a cool-headed affability that is contagious in the best way possible. In her newly promoted role as Senior Project Manager, Bea will continue her great work on the client and operational sides while getting more exposure to the strategic side.

A true team player, her promotion to Account Director is well-deserved, as her steady hand and deep knowledge of all aspects of our clients' creative processes have been instrumental in guiding them (and us!) to incredible success.

Teri Osato has moved from Production Director to Vice President, Production. Since joining the crew in March 2017, she has been instrumental in developing a superstar production department renowned for their incredible speed, versatility and accuracy. Teri's leadership skills, training regimens, and team-building endeavors have all heavily contributed to our world class Production Team!

It is with tremendous sadness that we announce the passing of our dear friend, colleague, aunt, sister, and daughter, Jen Ditchik. An experienced and talented artist and photographer, she got her start as a Production Assistant working for Barbara Walters on the program 20/20. Her love of media and creative production turned into a passion for the world of entertainment advertising, where she’s lived and thrived for the last two decades. Committed to mentorship, she inspired and influenced countless individuals. The deep, spiritual connections that she built with others was exceptional in this world. She was a true force and presence – powerful and insightful. Words cannot capture the brilliant light that was Jen Ditchik. There was no one like her and we will forever miss her.
