All employees globally now have access to view their performance equity award targets in addition to their base pay range and bonus targets for their roles. This is part of our commitment to greater transparency around employee compensation, which we believe is critical to building a culture of trust and accountability.

After my accident, I thought that travel wouldn't be possible any more and that I would never be able to explore the world. This absolutely devastated me, and is one of the reasons I am so passionate about what I do. Traveling as a wheelchair user is definitely hard and takes a lot of planning (and contingency planning!), but it's something I have embraced much more over the last year and have made some incredible memories. I am extremely fortunate that my job involves discovering new accessible Airbnbs and that I travel a lot for work. Last year I stayed in a number of different listings from our Adapted Category, and they honestly made my trips so much better - unique designs, beautiful decors, amazing views and the luxury of having much more space than a hotel room. Below are a few pics from some of my stays and adventures. We're working very hard on making accessible Airbnb listings easier to find, but it's definitely worth checking them out (either the Adapted Category or our accessibility search filters), and please feel free to reach out to me if you're looking in a particular area and I can see if I can send some recommendations your way! I can't wait to travel some more this year... I had an amazing few days in Cornwall last month and have a few more trips planned already. If you fancy keeping up with my travel adventures (and surfing training), you can also find me on Instagram - https://lnkd.in/eDp_3c38 #accessibletravel #accessibility #accessibletourism #airbnb
