Michelle Bramley
Michelle Bramley is an executive and leadership development coach, non-executive director, board advisor, and international lawyer working across commercial and not-for-profit sectors.
Drawing on her 30 years' experience in a variety of legal and senior management roles at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, most recently as Global Head of Knowledge, Michelle has significant operational management experience including in organisational, cultural, and digital transformation and innovation delivery. Her legal expertise includes international dispute resolution, risk and regulatory compliance, business and human rights, and modern slavery.
Michelle is also a member of the Accounting, Finance and Legal Route Panel for The Institute for Apprenticeships, an advisory board member of ForestSEA, a not-for-profit organisation developing reforestation initiatives in South East Asia, and a member of Thomson Reuters' Transforming Women's Leadership in the Law Advisory Board.
Michelle is the UK Coaching Senior Independent Director and the Board Welfare and Safeguarding Lead.
