To increase diversity in the aviation industry, Angel created her own organization, Sisters of the Skies, so that one day Black female pilots will be the norm. After receiving a UPS scholarship Ivy Scott’s full circle moment came when she decided to become an owner of a The UPS Store. “UPS played a key role in supporting my education, not just financially – but also by teaching me the importance of community and paying it forward,” Ivy said. “...I love the values of UPS and I knew that by being a UPS Store owner, I would be able to serve our local community."
