I am ex employee of HCL and wanted to rejoin again HCL but your HR are not understanding this and just calling me every day and saying to come tomorrow and when I go there and tell them I am Ex Employee of HCLTech they say we have to check your old details and then we will tell you If the HR wanted to check then why they call me and asked to come for an interview why HCL why??? I had an accident when going home from HCL only but they don’t care all this all they want is to timepass with every candidate’s life… Worst experience with your HR now And especially about HCL Lucknow campus may be your HR hiring lead Sammar Bhalla doesn’t even talk properly with the candidates he said to me that he will check and inform me about my rejoining process back in January 2024 but till now he haven’t informed me anything is this the way you treat your candidates?? And after calling many time he didn’t listened anything and he just said you can’t rejoin HCL again in your life. If Sammar Bhalla wanted to say this only to me then why he said to draft an email with all the details back in January 2024 for checking possibility and He didn’t even replied to that mail till today. Very disappointed with all HR team in Lucknow campus.
