- [Instructor] Now that you've put so much effort and time into designing your product, how can you make sure that it's working the way you want it to? This is where usability testing comes in. And usability testing is a phase when you can test your designs with real users to discover how they interact with your product. It's a perfect way to find out the areas of the product that work well, and also the ones that need to be improved. Essentially getting ready for the usability testing sessions requires a lot of effort and careful planning. And in my experience, AI tools such as ChatGPT, can give a good starting point in the preparation process. So now let's open up ChatGPT, and I'm going to show you a few examples of how I use it for usability testing prep work.
