NBA Sunday Showcase is a series of Sunday afternoon broadcasts of National Basketball Association (NBA) games that are produced by ESPN and televised on the American Broadcasting Company (ABC). The Sunday Showcase season usually began on Super Bowl Sunday, but in 2021, it began two weeks after Super Bowl LV on February 21, 2021.

Overview[edit]

Until 2023, the Sunday Showcase games were primarily called by Mark Jones and Doris Burke.[1]

In August 2023, ESPN announced their newly-formed second core broadcast team, consisting of Ryan Ruocco as play-by-play commentator and JJ Redick and Richard Jefferson as game analysts, will call the NBA Sunday Showcase games starting with the 2023–24 season.[2]
