Easy Ways to Give Back
Big Day of Giving is on May 4th!
The easiest way to give back from now until May 4, is by donating towards our Backpack Giveaway Program. YCCA is aiming to raise $20,000 to put towards supplying hundreds of Yolo students with new backpacks, supplies, and resources in August 2023. Just $25 brings that support to just one student! Do the math, see how many students you can support with your donation, and help us reach our goal!
Corporate Donations
Books for a lending library, food for Thanksgiving, warm coats for kids walking to school… these are the types of things we are able to do with the help of our generous corporate donors!
Yolo County Children’s Alliance hosts a variety of community distribution events in Yolo County through the generous donations of our corporate allies such as: Tuesday Morning (Davis), Grocery Outlet (Davis & West Sacramento), and others.

Support YCCA’s 2022 Annual Community Events!
In 2021, YCCA’s annual Backpack and School Supply Giveaway Day brought new backpacks, school supplies, food, and resources to nearly 1200 students in our community! In November, our Community Giveaway Day provided more than 700 families with Thanksgiving meals, and 2,000 children went home with brand new coats and blankets for the winter. In December, our community donated and brought toys to nearly 1,000 children for the holidays.
Volunteer
Volunteering with Yolo County Children’s Alliance is a fun and rewarding way to contribute to the welfare of our community. We host multiple events each year that allow for you, our peers in the community, to meet new people, interact with children and families, and give back in meaningful and lasting ways.
