ಯುರೋಪ್
ಯುರೋಪ್ ಪ್ರಪಂಚದ ೭ ಖಂಡಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡನೇ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಚಿಕ್ಕ ಖಂಡ. ಭೂಗೋಳಶಾಸ್ತ್ರದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಯುರೋಪ್ ಯುರೇಷ್ಯಾ ಮಹಾಖಂಡದ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ದ್ವೀಪಕಲ್ಪ. ಆದರೆ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕವಾಗಿ, ರಾಜಕೀಯವಾಗಿ, ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕವಾಗಿ ಇದು ಏಷ್ಯಾದಿಂದ ವಿಭಿನ್ನವಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಇದನ್ನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಖಂಡವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
