How to get started
You can go through this course at your own pace and on any device. Course progress is saved but Assessments need to be completed in one session. Assessments are included after most courses and and consisst of multiple-choice questions based on the course material. The passing grade for assessments is 100%. The successful completion of the aessment is required to earn a course Badge.

Be mindful of your tone
Remember that those you interact with online are people, too. Treat them with the same respect you would offer your classmates in person.
Limit use of all caps
Using all caps in an online setting is often interpreted as yelling. It’s best to avoid this in everyday online communication.
Be mindful of context
Different situations call for different communication styles. Emails can be more formal, while online discussions can be more casual (though still respectful).
