WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Representative Adriano Espaillat (NY-13), led members of the New York delegation in a letter to Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Administrator Criswell and Regional Administrator Warrington urging the swift disbursal of the remaining $360 million of the newly authorized Shelter and Services Program (SSP) funds to support local government and nonprofit organizations in New York sheltering migrants and supporting related activities.
