- [Instructor] If you're following along with the previous movie you should have got to this point where we have created some really basic materials and applied them to geometry. What we're going to do now is just take a look at some more complex materials. They're not really that hard but they're just slightly different from just creating material and changing one property. Before we get into that though let's just apply this pink material to the floor for completeness. And what I'm going to do next is just choose edit, delete unused materials, and that just cleans things up a little bit, okay? So now we can start to make a plastic looking material and I'm going to base it on the dark blue that we have here on the tube. So I'm going to duplicate this dark blue material, I'm going to hold down either control or command, click and drag, and I'm going to drag it out down to the bottom here and I'm going to double click…
