PMD: Components of Care
PMD: Components of Care is a 2-day, thorough and evidence-based curriculum designed for nurses, physicians, social workers, mental health providers, childbirth professionals, social support providers, or anyone interested in learning skills and knowledge for assessment and treatment of perinatal mood disorders. This a PSI Certificate of Completion Course and qualifies as Step 1 for the PMH-C.
Advanced PMD Psychotherapy
The 6-hour Advanced Perinatal Mental Health Psychotherapy certificate course must be completed in person as a pre-requisite to register for the perinatal mental health certification exam.
Advanced PMD Psychopharmacology
A 6-hour advanced course on psychiatric pharmacology during pregnancy and lactation, taught by perinatal psychiatric experts.
Maternal Mental Health Certificate Training Course
PSI and 2020 Mom present a Maternal Mental Health Certificate Training for Mental Health and Clinical Professionals. This online webinar series includes eight live sessions, small group discussions and supplemental reading materials. This qualifies as Step 1 for the PMH-C.
