Consultation Services | 50 Minute Session $225
Psychological Testing/Evaluation | As each evaluation is tailored to the individual- time, tools utilized and prices will vary. Call Dr. Kuzirian for an estimate.
Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Check, All Major Credit Cards. Payment is required at the time of service. Dr. Kuzirian does not accept insurance but will create an invoice or “Super Bill” for you to submit to your insurance plan with coverage for out of network providers.
