OUR PROMISE

Your medication, made easy

You can always expect:

Our pricing is clear and understandable

Most pharmacies can’t tell you the price of your medication until you fill your prescription. We show you your insurance copay and the price without insurance so you can make the right decision.

Your medical information is protected

Medical information that you provide to our pharmacy is protected by our practices and by law. And we’ll never share your personal health data outside our pharmacy for advertising or marketing purposes without clear permission from you.

You can always speak to a pharmacist

We’ve designed our service to save you time and make it easy to get your medication. Our pharmacists are always available pharmacists to answer a question or provide advice.

You’ll never worry about your medication

We work with your doctors and insurance to make sure you have the medication you need. And we’ll send updates along the way so you’re always in the loop.

You’ll never stand in line at a pharmacy

We deliver your medication on time, in discreet packaging. Filling your prescriptions has never been this easy.

You may be wondering

Is Amazon Pharmacy right for me?
Amazon Pharmacy works best if you fill at least one prescription regularly. You need to be over 18 to get your prescriptions through Amazon Pharmacy. If you’re a parent or caregiver, you can manage prescriptions for children under 18 after you've selected your Amazon profile or created a new one for yourself.

To get started, search for and select the medication you were prescribed. On the page with your medication's details, you can check pricing and request a prescription transfer to Amazon Pharmacy.

If you don't have a prescription at another pharmacy, then you can tell your prescriber to send your prescription to Amazon Pharmacy. After we receive your prescription and our pharmacists review it, we'll notify you to return to Amazon Pharmacy and place your medication order.

If you don't currently have any prescriptions, then you can sign up for Amazon Pharmacy so you're ready for future prescription needs.

We recommend using your current pharmacy for urgent medication needs like antibiotics or medications you’ll run out of within a week.

If you take multiple daily medications, we also offer PillPack by Amazon Pharmacy, a service that sorts your medication into packets by date and time. To learn more about PillPack, go to pharmacy.amazon.com/pillpack.

For more detailed information about medications we carry and how we handle refills, check out Medication & refills.
